I do have to agree with another reviewer who is questioning the country of origin for these probiotics. I always make sure my supplements are stated as vegan but to be truly sure, you do need to know where they are manufactured and how they are regulated.The packaging states they are 'uk owned' etc but some further information would be more reassuring. Pretty packaging is great but it's really important to know the finer details and to be honest, people who are into their health, fitness and supplements are far more likely to ask those questions!I have been taking probiotics as a supplement daily for some months now and it suits me well. If you're unsure of the benefits of doing the same it is a good idea to do your own research to see if it could benefit you.

I have sensitive stomach and I didn’t experience and stomach irritation that’s win for me. Don’t know if they work tho worth a try
