These are a good feel and fit going through pelvic issues and doing recovery. I like there are different sizes. Easy to clean as well. They are exactly like they are pictured. This was the best value and the quality is outstanding.

I got set for a family member managing pelvic floor issues. The set includes eight dilators in a range of graduated sizes, each in a distinct, soft, velvety finish. They are lightweight and come in a simple yet elegant soft purple box, accompanied by a lovely lilac pull-string bag for storage.While I can't personally speak to their effectiveness, I was impressed by their quality and thoughtful design. However, I must note that the company did not specify whether these dilators are made from medical-grade silicone, either in the packaging or on their Amazon listing. Due to the lack of this assurance, out of caution -these were not used. For this reason, I have rated the product four stars.That said, if medical-grade silicone isn't a priority for your needs, these dilators appear to be well-made, gentle, and a good value for your money. The colors evoke a feeling of calm, the silicone is incredibly soft & smooth. The smaller sizes have more flexibility, yet all have enough give to be comfortable.What I found most effective for strengthening my pelvic floor was pairing the dilators with Kegel exercises. Starting with the largest comfortable size and working my way down proved to be the best approach. This way, as my muscles gained strength, they could squeeze even the smaller dilators with the same intensity. Without using dilators, weak pelvic muscles can fatigue quickly with Kegels, which makes the process frustrating. But the dilators helped me build that strength steadily and kept me motivated to keep going.Whats great is that this company has taken a tool marketed to both strengthen the pelvic floor and /or treat the very real changes that occur in menopausal women’s anatomy and made it a pleasure to use in every sense. Some medical literature suggests vaginal dilators should be hard and completely rigged to be most effective. I strongly disagree and this company obviously does too. The soft silicone with just the right amount of flexibility along with the visually pleasing colors make these dilators multifunctional. This is a product that bridges the gap between medical function and pleasure.For any other perimenopausal woman out there, anyone in menopause or dealing with pelvic floor issues, I can honestly say that these dilators are worth a try.
