Great Protein Shake
Excellent protein shake! I've got hypo thyroid issues and was trying to find something that not only is healthy but makes me feel good. The shake is filling and gives me a nice little burst of energy. I appreciate not only the animal derived protein but also the benefits of the mushrooms added in there as well.To mix it I fill a mason jar with about 1/2 cup of hot water, add the powder, then put a lid on it and shake it up. This seems to blend it pretty well. I then either add cold water and ice to it or I throw it in a blender and add a banana or some strawberries (with additional ice and cold water to make it the 12-16oz drink).Overall, I'm very happy with this product. It's definitely on the pricey side but it tastes good and it's good for you. I highly recommend.

Not chalky! Tastes good! Actually good protein powder!
Tastes good. Not too sweet when I mix it with fairlife milk & strawberries in the blender. Another reviewer suggested that and I’ve got to say that is very delicious, tastes like a strawberry ice cream shake & mixing it all in the blender it turned it into a fluffy almost marshmallow like consistency (real homemade marshmallows anyway). Best protein powder I’ve ever had. Not chalky at all. Love that there’s no BS in the ingredients too which is why I took a risk on trying something so expensive even. Worth it. Wish they would make sample sizes though. I think more people would buy this if they could try it first. It is good.Another review mentioned sticking, I haven’t experienced that. Maybe if you’re using just a shaker it would but in the blender it was just fine.

Taste not bad, but doesn’t mix well
Edited:***Just adding an update. I found 2 more uses for this powder since it doesn’t blend well. I make chocolate pudding and “fudgesicles” out of it for my kids. They are delicious!! I used 2 cans full fat coconut milk, 10 whole medjool dates, and 3 scoops of this protein powder. I had enough to pour into 8 popsicles molds (silicone mold also from Amazon) and I refrigerated the rest into small jars for pudding.I love this company and I take their supplements regularly, so I was excited to try this! Unfortunately though, what everyone says about this powder is true. It doesn’t mix well AT ALL. It clumps up and gets weird. That being said, it doesn’t taste horrible. It has that monkfruit flavor… but not bad.The best way to consume this (IMO) is either in a smoothie, or mix with coffee using a handheld milk frother. That did the trick for me.

Taste good but clumpy
Taste was fine, sweet/chocolate flavor however it’s very clumpy. Shaker bottle doesn’t really mix it well and definitely don’t try to mix it with anything hot or it makes a huge clumpy chalky mess. The best way I’ve found to mix is use chocolate almond milk, shaker bottle, add a little of each and mix in intervals. Then I use a straw to drink.

Half of the content was missing due to a tear on the bag.
The bag has a couple of tears. The whole box inside was full of the chocolate powder. Also, great part of the content is missing which makes me think that this happened even before it was shipped. I need a refund!

Monk fruit source
Always been a big fan of AS. Great quality products. But, i was shocked with this product. I have heard of monk fruit (seems to becoming more popular) and do not know a lot about it but when I contacted AS and asked them where their monk fruit is sourced. That was enough for me. No thank you. I will keep taking their other products though. If they stopped the monk fruit then i would buy again because without monk fruit, this would be a killer product. Also, i would really like an unflavored product. So, I will probably go back to Paul Saladino or Mark Bells product.
