This is one of the best vagina probiotics that I’ve used. It works amazingly well and works exactly as described. I feel way more confident. I wanted to add in that not only is this a great value, but it also has no added fillers or colors (which would be a huge no no for me). One thing that made me try this brand to begin with was that it contains Canberra extract. Huge plus, a ton of other brands do not contain it at all.If you’re on the fence, give it a go. You wont be disappointed.

beware of scams in the probiotic world!! especially with vaginal probiotics. if you look at the ingredients, you will see this severely lacks the appropriate bacteria for a healthy vaginal biome. i used these for 6 months while dealing with reoccurring BV and nothing changed. as soon as I switched to a REAL probiotic, I’m cured. I do not recommend this probiotic, DO YOUR RESEARCH!

However, I did experience some mild cramping for the first15 minutes after taking the pills, as well as slight itching and dryness, but these symptoms have been improving over time. Overall, I feel much better and would recommend this product. The pills are easy to swallow, and I haven’t encountered any major issues since starting them.
