Love it love it love it.
Love it, Love it. Love itI tried all three of the baked foundations and for me this is my favourite and perfect for a daytime look. It is super quick and easy to apply (so long as you have the right tools - ie the retractable beauty brush) and mess free!. It's just the right finish fot me and has a nice luminosity which is enough to give a nice dewey look without being too shiny. I am very fair skinned so could have probably got away with either the fair or porcelain shade but went with porcelain (the lightest shade) for it's pink tones as my skin can tend to look a bit sallow sometimes. It has a real brightening effect which brings the skin to life, it doesn't look or feel heavy or like you are wearing heavy make up or look 'mask like' or cakey as some liquid foundation can. It's a lovely natural finish which is just enough to even skin tone and bring your face to life. Some reviewers have commented they found it a bit pricey but one thing to remember is that one of these will easily last for months of end and you would probably have had to buy at least 4 bottles of liquid foundation before this needed replacing. Others have said they feel this doesn't give enough coverage. Although this is buildable it is designed to give a natural light to medium coverage. If you want a fuller coverage I would recommend using the double take foundation with either this or balance and glow on top. When I apply this (or any of the baked foundations) I always put a little face oil first ( due to my skin being probt yo dryness) and let it sir a few minutes before applying the foundation. I feel like the oil helps it adhere my skin. I also find a make up fixing mist helps set it in place. Before this I tried the balance and glow but found it too shiny to use on its own, although it does work extremely well on top of the double take full coverage foundation when I want more of a full make up look - such as on a night out.

Nearly five star product
My mum was disappointed for an item priced in this range didn’t have an application sponge with it, apart from that she was very happy

Great
Lovely. Easy to use and better than the one that doesn't say brighten. Looks more natural

Perfect for mature skin
I got this today and wow , I have been using a liquid foundation forever I have tried many and I had noticed that no matter what I bought it seemed to settle in the fine lines and wrinkles making them look worse ,( I'm 61 for reference) so I thought I'd give it a go , absolute game changer for me so pleased with the result I little goes a long way I bought the porcelain shade because I hate looking orange I prefer to add colour on top if needed with contour or bronzer this is perfect

Laura Geller bake/ brighten powder foundation
Bought this powder foundation based on numerous promotional videos seen online, celebrities using it…. Tess Daly for oneSaw lots of excellent reviews and very few negative ones. I took the shade test and listened to how you choose the correct shade etc. I was advised to buy Fair.So it arrived yesterday and I eagerly used it this morning , lovely feel to it, however the more I put on to cover imperfections, I’m 58, my skin is pretty good but have skin ageing, fine lines a couple of dark spots ( you have to apply more to have a better coverage) the more orange I looked which was a shame as I liked the feel of the powder instead of my usual liquid foundation. Also towards the end of the day ( late afternoon) I looked at myself and my face was patchy around my mouth area which wasn’t a great look.Based on this I won’t be ordering again, I will return the product. Very disappointed.

Fantastic baked makeup.
I have bought this item elsewhere unfortunately haven't been able to get hold of it lately until now. I do not wear any other foundation/ makeup etc apart from this it leaves my skin looking even and doesn't sit in the lines. Love Laura Geller.

No I wouldn’t recommend this Baked n Brighten foundation at all.
No I wouldn’t recommend this Baked n Brighten foundation at all.I have never left a one star review for anything before but I had to for this I feel stupid that I believed the hype and have wasted my money on two different colours and the Kabuki brush!I followed the advice from Laura Geller website and purchased the ‘Fair’ I tried it three different times applying less each time but the lightest application still left me looking like a patchy orange!! Not one to give up easily I then purchased ‘Porcelain’ which was a much more suitable shade but although the colour was much better it was very drying under my eyes and felt more uncomfortable as the day went on.Although it didn’t settle into my lines but it certainly emphasised them along with my pores it looked awful (I’m 65 yrs old with combination skin). My husband kept looking at me strangely and said I looked older than normal! Finally I have given up and gone back to my normal Revlon Colorstay liquid makeup which has a matte finish and it looks like I’m 10 years younger compared to the Baked N Brighten foundation.I think if you want a dewy look and don’t mind your lines and pores being emphasised or if you don’t have any lines I guess it would be fine, but if you prefer a matte finish then I would certainly avoid this and don’t fall for the hype like I did and waste your money.

Its ok for contouring.
It is fine and silky but I dont think its to rave about. The advertising was very promising, but its just the same as my usual Mineral Magic that I generally use. The good thing for me is that its darker than my mineral magic so i can use it to contour. But as for coverage ...not really more impressive.
