Best noodles gluten free meals & for your wallet
I stumbled on these noodles after prices jumped on food this year (esp gluten free foods!), and saw that you get 3 full bags for the price of much smaller single bags or soup cups with other rice noodles.The noodles are firm and have a great consistency when cooked, and they make the best base for creating your own version of soups. I usually just make a simple broth with scallions & some roasted chicken thrown in, because having easy but filling gluten free quick meals are so hard to find on a budget. They don't have a ton of flavor on their own but absorb whatever broth or sauce you're putting them in. I plan on experimenting with a pad Thai or even (gasp) homemade alfredo. I think they'll do really well.My only complaint is that the way the noodles are dried in loops, all formed together in the package, it's kind of hard to take out a portion without dried rice noodles flying all over the counter. Minimal complaint, but there it is.

Great for pho!
I found these to be the perfect width of noodles to make pho. Great texture and value. Each package contains a lot of noodles. They all three came wrapped in a nice thick plastic bag. No holes or tears in the individual packages. Will purchase again!

Wonderful texture
I am new to cooking rice noodles, and with the right technique, I got great results with this product. These are wonderful, provided you don't cook them like Italian pasta. I got the best results by soaking the noodles ahead of time, cooking them for 3 minutes, draining and rinsing with plenty of cold water, and then layering them in a colander to dry for about half an hour before serving (all ideas that I got from YouTube). When I did this, the noodles didn't stick together after cooking and had a wonderful texture to them. Highly recommend these noodles!

Not the same as restaurants one
Taste is similar but not the exact one that i expected. Im using this for pho soup. Texture is more thick and stiff (maybe soak before boiling will be better i dont know) me and my hubby loves pho so we disappointed. if you making pod thai will be fine.
