They're soft and a game changer!
This product and their cloud pads are absolutely amazing and game changing for me as I've had carpal tunnel surgery before and prone to get it again. I was admittedly a bit hesitant, but once I felt how soft they were I knew I made the right choice. I even purchased a couple and put them in my car on the center console so that my arm and elbow feels better. I definitely recommend them!

great quality... a must have
First of all the quality is top notch. Since I spend a lot of time video editing on my computer this elbow pad has been a lifesaver! Super comfortable, especially for extended amounts of time. Plus the non slip surface underneath is an added bonus, and the entire pad is easy to clean. Very happy with this purchase.

Decent, but a bit thin
Cushion is pretty soft and a good material. I have to rest my arm on my desk all day and it causes my elbow to get sore. This prevents the pain but I do find the gel to be a bit thin. If I lean on the arm, I can feel the desk through it. If I'm just laying my arm to use the mouse, it is sufficient. The edges seem thicker than the center, but the center is what I need most. It does have a semi adhesive bottom so it doesn't slide. Honestly it is surprising how strong it adheres without any sticky substance like glue or tape.

Great product
I've been dealing with severe pain from resting my elbows on my desk at work. I bought this and have been pain free since. I bought the large size. It is very thick and well padded. Highly recommend this product.

The larger size has more cushion
I got both the medium and the large. The large size is thicker (more cushion). In my opinion the extra $3-$5 cost for the larger size is worth the money.

Buy two for both arms.
Just received 1. I bought these based on the pictures of the product. I will have to order another one. Does not make sense to buy one if you have two arms.
