Beautiful Planters, Excellent Service
I bought one of these planters, from Primrose, and I loved it so much I placed an order for a further two straight away. They are just beautiful. The price was really reasonable and the delivery and service from Primrose was excellent. Unfortunately, in the second order one of the planters arrived with a crack in it. I took the view that that was to be expected occasionally, given the volumes they are dealing with. I contacted Primrose and they immediately said they would send another one – no quibbles. After that they kept me updated with progress (shipping, tracking etc). I have bought 3 beautiful planters and I consider I have had excellent service from Primrose. 5 Stars!John, Northampton
