*** UPDATE**** 03/21/19***Although the product did not live up to my expectations, I will say that I am very pleased and impressed with the responsiveness of the seller. We have been in contact multiple times and I do not have to wait long at all ( a few hours at most) for a response. Polite emails, and apologetic as it appears there had been a mess up with a few of the devices. They wanted to do whatever they could to ensure my satisfaction and I really appreciated it. They offered a full refund or to replace with a newer model without having to go through the hassle of returning the old one. I absolutely commend them for that . So I am raising my stars to three for their fast and responsive service. I would buy from seller again**** Had high hopes which were sadly not met with this product. We make sure our collars are very tight around the 2 dogs neck's, and just thru normal play/ running in the backyard they come off. This is a big problem since we are using these collars to fence train one sneaky dog. We have a large yard with lots of trees and leaves and it is a pain in the butt to have to find the collar that somehow comes out of the loop AND the metal clasp! It isn't fluke because it is happening to both collars on either dog! Not to mention, if the collar is off and we are buzzing it so dog will learn to not go near fence, it is completely useless and dangerous because our dog has repeatedly gotten out because we have not seen the collar is off. Secondly, when the collar is on, it really doesn't seem to deliver in terms of a deterrent for the dogs. I have an 80lb (medium haired ) beast who is built like a tank. I can tell she feels something but nothing enough to make her stop behavior. It really is a safety issue ( she isn't aggressive just very strong and could really hurt me if she takes off while on a walk). Perhaps I just have a very stubborn dog and it is not the collar? I do like that it has a night light on the collar, perfect for keeping an eye on where the dogs are in proximity to the fence in the dark night. I really loved that it had separate buttons for each function Beep, Vibrate, Static, very low chance of accidentally using the wrong function . The controller has an automatic power saving system which was really annoying. If you haven't pressed the buttons in 20 seconds or so, the indicator screen shuts off. So in in order to use it, you have to press a button, wait for the screen to come back up and then either use that function or switch to the other. All those seconds wasted while training a dog is not ideal. I couldn't take my eyes off my little dog in the yard for fence training, so I had to quickly look down at the controller press a button bring up the screen and look for my dog all at the same time. Way too many steps for something that is supposed to make things easier.

Product locked into stim mode for 15 minutes straight, could not be changed and continuously zapped my dog until I wrestled it off her. It zapped me as I was doing so! I was horrified as I’ve had collars break after a few months of salt water intrusion but never had one lock into stimulation mode and not stop. Thank god my dog isnt a flight risk and we were in the woods no where near a road or she could have panicked and been hurt.Update: seller has provided a refund but also repeatedly demanded I delete this review. Take that as you will.

I have two Scottie’s who were running too far. I use one collar on each dog. The Scottie who runs the farthest was not responding to the sound or vibration so I tried the zapper - no response from her. So I turned up the intensity - still nothing. So I tried it on the other dog. She now acts afraid, subdued and traumatized. I figured out what happened. The sound & vibration worked on the first collar but the zapper did not work. Unfortunately the best behaved dog got the turned up zap and now is acting so unsure and wants to be in her safe place. Be very careful if you use the zapper. It really hurts. Also, I hope the company will send me a replacement collar as one is not working properly - only the sound & vibration work. The zapper does not work and the runner dog needs the zapper feature to get her attention. I’m so upset this happened to my sweet girl.

The collar is very smooth, the remote is small and easily fits in your pocket or around your wrist with the wrist strap.The collar strap is very long and can be cut to make it fit a smaller dog, as needed.Our fence is lower than normal so when the dog next door comes out, my dog likes to try to jump and get over the fence. Going outside and yelling at him is getting embarrassing, with my dog not being too nice, we bought the collar to see if it would help us sidetrack him and it did to our surprise. My dog didn't mind having the collar on and just went about his business. I think just having the collar on him stopped him from wanting to bark excessively and jump. We have only used the noise option, tried the vibration which stopped him from trying to jump the fence since distracted. We hope to never use the shock option but good to have just in case.

This collar improved my nights rest immediately. I have yet to need to use the static shock option. All it takes is the vibrating mode and my dog is quite the entire night! After many sleepless nights this is great. The collar fits extra large dogs too my big boy is 135 pounds there was no problem with the collar fitting. Very happy with this purchase and recommend to anyone needing a good nights sleep.

Very disappointed with the EXTREME lag from remote to collar. The collar “goes to sleep” after like 2 seconds of not being used so when you really need it you have to press the button several times before anything happens. So that really sucks. Also you have to press and hold a button for the light to turn on and of our black dog is out in a dark field and we can’t see him then it’s pretty useless if it doesn’t just turn right on. Overall very disappointed with this collar. Wish I would have listened to the reviews myself before buying.

So far I am really happy with this product. Fits my dog. Easy to use. I love that you can choose between vibrate, sound and shock. Which I hate. But the sound and vibrate works with my dog. It does appear to be water resistant or waterproof. Would be easy to clean. All in all a very good price for something like this.

We have had this on my dog for about a month now. Not once have I had to do the shock on her. The beep and vibrate are working just fine. She knows what the remote and the collars are and she will calm down and sit when she sees them. This is so great because she is a 2 year old English bulldog that is non stop when we get home at night.
