I had an issue with this item. I feel like these should not be classified as boots, they do not have good support and only go up to mid ankle.They are however very warm--like cozy slippers. With my issue the company reached out to me and resolved my issue without question. The great customer service goes a long way with me…I like when companies stand behind their products.

On the plus side, these are extremely warm. I just walked home on city streets at 25 F and my feet were almost too warm. They're also pretty stylish, another city plus. But they are not waterproof, and I wouldn't spend too much time in the rain with them. They might work in snow, but right now they look to be perfect for cold, dry winter days. Also, it's hard to get your foot in the boots, as the top doesn't seem to stretch very much. I actually went and purchased a shoehorn in order to get these on (I was looking for one anyway) and that did the trick nicely.I'm not sure about overall quality, as I've had them for just a week. I'll update if I come across anything.

I absolutely love the boot, the look, the lightweight feel, and ease. There isn't much support, if any at all. Also the seams around the lower portion of the boot look very poorly made. So far so good, although I've only worn them twice in the rain. I will update if there are any leaks.Pros: Very lightweight, easy to put on, great design, priced perfectly.Cons: No support, soles look poorly made, runs large. (I am a size 9.5 in women, ordered an 8 and there is still a little space left)

I gave these to my husband for christmas, and I don't think he's taken them off since. He's been looking for a pair of easy on/off boots to take dogs out, and to run to the mailbox without having to put on actual boots. These are lined with fake fur like slippers, but with a solid, non slip sole and water resistant upper, perfect for shoes you just slip on as you go outside, then kick off so you don't drag dirt all over the house.

I bought this as a lightening deal because my husband needed snow boots. I was looking for something that looked comfortable, stylish and versatile. These boots meet all those requirements. It arrived in a black box that was pretty banged up, dusty and taped up. All which had to have been done prior to it shipping considering it was put into a mail bag and sealed up before it was sent out. I was a little concerned upon handling it only because it was in a dusty box and sealed with a lot of packing tape most likely to stop the shoes from bursting out of the box that contained them.Because it was my husband and because it was a Christmas present I still wrapped the box and he didn’t open it until Christmas day. To my surprise the shoes were fine despite the condition of the box. He loves them and they’ve become his favorite pair of shoes to wear not just outside like they were intended but around the house and out as well.The only complaint I have with this product is packaging. As a consumer you expect your items to arrive showing they were cared for while they were being stored. Beaten up, dusty boxes does not make for a good first impression and first impressions are everything. Other than that it’s a good pair of shoes, my husband is very happy.

These are fuzzy and warm, but not the perfect solution for me. They are hard to get on. I was looking for an easy "run to the mailbox" type slipper and these are really tight at the ankle. You can't just slip your foot into them or stomp them on, so I have to use the little fabric tab on the back to try to get them on. The fabric tab is super small, and I can't get my index finger into the loop and it's a shiny nylon, so it's too slippery to really grab, either. Once they are on, they are good. Fitting about as expected for foot size, and they do stay in place, like a shoe or boot, which is a plus. Then it comes to taking them off. Again, a little too tight to use the "toe of one, to leverage the heel of the other" technique, so it's a "put down what you just went outside to grab, and wrench them off your foot," scenario. The liners are not attached to the base, so when you do finally sit down to grab them with both hands (sigh, oh my life!) the liners come out of the inside with your foot and need to be nudged back into place. For someone looking for a wear all day indoor/outdoor slipper, these would be good, but as a slip on to go start the grill slipper, these are kinda a pain. But, super warm...

I want to give these 5 stars. But I can't because the sizing is inconsistent. It happens with China-to-US size conversion.The first pair I ordered were great. Some noticeable shedding before even wearing them, but a quick vacuuming of the inside of the shoe removed all the loose fibers. Very comfy. Warm, soft, relaxing.So I decided to get a second pair in a different color. Same size. Unfortunately the pair that arrived was labelled as the same size as before, but was at least a size smaller. Fortunately, my father wears a size and a half smaller than I do, so I saved the day by gifting them to him.Good luck if you order these. 50/50 chance. Might want to get two pairs just to be safe.

Got my pair of these boots today.Packaging was really bad, box was torn, I do believe they just tried to compensate it by wrapping tape all around the box to hold it together. Wasn’t really expecting much, that was my first impression without seeing them.Took them out, tried them on and I was impressed and how decent the build quality was for the cost. I didn’t expect hundred dollar quality but just enough for a weekend trip.The fit was a little snug (purchased a 7.5 in grey) , but tried them on with a pair of thin socks. I’m guessing they will be a little tight with wool socks. Which does not bother me. There is no cushion on the sole, just a flat bottom. Do not buy these for comfort but for convenience.I will be going on a trip to Chicago this week, I will post an update on how the shoes held up in 20 inch snow.
