Used this as a base layer for a houseplant pot that had no drainage hole and I didn’t want the roots to get root rot. So far it’s working.

Filled pot with 1/2 pellets & top half soil. Saves on soil. Plants seem to like it.

I have used rocks of this type before and they work great! These ones work just as good as the ones I've used before, which came from a dedicated hydroponics shop. The only difference between them is the price. The ones I got from the store, I got significantly more for the price.Overall these work great, but are a bit pricy for the amount you get.

We’ve been using this for a month now since we see some of our plants siffering from root rot and we do see the plants roots sprouting and elongating. And they look pretty too. Will buy more should the need arise.
