Hafny Bar End Bike Mirror, HD, Blast-Resistant, Glass Mirror, HF- MR090

This is a great bonus for cycling in cities and traffic, while it is smaller than I would have preferred the glass is excellent giving a clear view, much better than others I have seen, it is also rock solid no movement or vibration at all and very easy to install.I thought it would have been bigger and maybe the manufacturer might make a bigger one I can also see the argument for limiting the size where vehicles are close by.I am very happy I purchased this and should have done so before, it is invaluable in heavy traffic which is my commute.I followed carefully the reviews before deciding as I had bought others which were very disappointing and really useless.UpdateHaving used this for some months I continue to be impressed as I can fold it out of the way if necessary and easily position it again without tightening which I had not expected

I've had a couple of bar-end bike mirrors over the years, and this is by far the best! The Allen key / hex key adjustment allows snug fitting into the tube, with no looseness or shifting. The mirror can be easily adjusted through the articulated joint and locked in place with the same 5mm Allen key to ensure bumps in the road don't knock it out of alignment, too.The diameter of the mirror is sufficient for the job, although slightly smaller than the other mirrors I've had.This is a fab bit of kit!*** If you've found this review useful, please hit the "Helpful" button. Excellent mirror, worth spending the extra money on. I ended up buying two. One for each side.I have tried all sorts of mirrors for my bike. I learned that cheap mirrors do not perform. The main problem with the cheap ones are vibration so the image is always blurred and the mirror keeps slipping out of position.......This one I can not praise enough. It has a good solid mount in the end of the handle bar, mines a 14mm bar but can fit bigger I believe. I have no vibration problems anymore and the mirror stays in place.The blue tint helps more with sunlight and would imagine that it will be great for night riding and headlights.

I wasn't sure if this would be useful or not, never had a mirror on my bike since I was a kid.I installed a couple of days ago on the end of racer drop bar and it works a treat. It stays firmly in place once fitted. Easy to install. Highly recommend this item.It never will replace looking over your shoulder to see what is behind but it certainly gives peace of mind that whatever is behind you is not too close and when traffic is passing it gives you and indication of how close the vehicle is to you and your bike.I will be buying again for my other drop handlebar bikes. Not sure if it would work well on a crossbar bike though but certainly no reason not to have these for all your bikes!!!!

This product is awsome, you really do get what you pay for. I’ve used a Zefal spin mirror in the past but this is soo much better. The quality is superior, the mirror is screwed and fixed into place (unlike the Zefal which kept moving and coming loose) and the actual mirror is the perfect size. Not too big but big enough to get a great view of road behind you. I recommend this.

No problems with installation, but darker concave glass than I expected, understand because of glare in sunlight. Sturdy fixing to end of handlebar. Left mirror adjustment a little loose so I can adjust on the fly so to speak. Doesn't wobble about. Also hit my car a few times on drive when returning and it was just reset. Concave image and glass size good, Suggest get used to distance and don't rely on it unless you park up at side of road waiting for traffic to pass. brilliant and convenient piece of kit, should have bought one ages ago.

When I've fitted mirrors to bikes in the past they have been a disappointment. They simply don't do what you want them to- mainly because they shake and vibrate too much, and get out of position easily. This mirror is different- it WORKS. You get a very clear stable and vibration free view of what's behind you. I think it must have something to do with how its fixed- wedged into the inside of the handlebar end (easy to fix). The excellent quality blue tinged mirror glass helps too. I feel safer with using this on a bike, and not having to forever turn my head to see what's behind me. It cost a bit more but absolutely well worth it!

Recommended. This mirror fits neatly into the bar end without too much bother. In my case I had to cut a hole in the end of the grip, but finally it fitted neatly and securely. There are videos available to help you.It sticks out a bit into the traffic, so if your bars are already very wide you might want to cosnider the FR01 instead.It's easy to adjust the mirror and the rear view is adequate, although you might need time to get used to it and find the best adjustment.It seems robust but nothing last forever and the ball joint will probably wear out eventually.
