SunTour or SR Suntour is a manufacturer of bicycle components. It was Japanese-owned and managed, based in Osaka, until the mid-1990s when its name was sold to a Taiwan conglomerate. Really nice way to upgrade a Schwinn with an 1 1/8" steerer tube
Just got this fork today and installed it on a Schwinn Taff MTB. Works really really well so far. One thing to note though. The lockout switch does NOT come with cable housing. You will need to purchase that separately. Not a big deal necessarily, it's just that now I get the opportunity to learn all about how to install cable housing. It also does not come with instructions on how to set up the lockout, but there is a very small Allen set screw that is not immediately apparent in the lockout connection itself that you can back out and then thread the cable thru.

Great fork
Fit my schwinn axum perfectly. Just needed new bearings since that bike doesnt come with tapered ones. I'm on the fence about the lock out switch. It's an added cable to clutter the controls. It works fine and nicely. I just think I prefer the old way locking on the fork while leaning down

Excellent product
For the price of this fork, I have to say I am impressed. It works very well, the lockout is easy to install and the lever is a breeze to operate even compared to high end brands. If you are on a budget this is the fork for you.
