Neat looking box, easy to set up and fast connectivity, good apps with the ability to add more, also box easy to use. Also small enough to be mobile so can be taken anywhere.

Having used this Amlogic S905X android box from purchase for the first 6 months I was very happy with it's performance but then for some unknown reason over the past few weeks it would drop internet connection after 20 minutes from start up and freeze the last scene on the TV screen, this was on both WI-FI and hardwire. Recycling the power was the only way to reconnect. To make sure there was no issue at my end I reconnected my old M8S android box and it worked flawlessly. Knowing all was fine with my internet I factory reset the Amlogic S905S loaded the applications and connected the internet but the fault was still present. Not wishing to give a negative review without contacting the seller first of all I emailed them six days ago detailing all of the above but as yet I have had no reply. These are not very expensive items but I did take awhile in choosing this one as an upgrade from my old M8s box purely because of the extra storage and would have expected it to last a lot longer than 6 months, to say I'm disappointed with it's performance and also annoyed in not having a reply to my email is a bit of an understatement.

Cons:- slows down quickly while in use: it will get so lagging while playing back videos sometimes that it becomes difficult to even move the mouse pointer or click on an icon. Clearing the relative app's cache seems to help for a little while but not by much.- the GPU will often go haywire and fill the screen with checherboard-patterned artifacts that will cover the entire image, making it impossible to see. This has only happened with the YouTube official app so far but it happens regularly.- the stock YouTube app that comes pre-installed with the device is unusable, with it's weird interface and lack of functionality. Uninstalled quickly.- will often crash and restart, upon which the WiFi will fail to activate and will require a second restart to reboot it and get it to work properly. This happens every time the device crashes, without fail.Pros:- loads and reboots fairly quickly;- the lagging hardware and continuous GPU artefacts are the perfect cull to stop me from binge-watching

It does exactly what I require for a decent price, have paid a lot mor for inferior boxes. Pleased with it.

This is a brilliant Android box, as a female senior citizen I am not very technical !! This box was so easy to install and use I didn't have to ask for any ones help lol as I live in the Canary Islands this is my only source of entertainment and it's brilliant. I cannot advise on the remote control as I use the box with a mouse. Great Product.

Rubbish, dont buy. I can only think the other reviews are fakes. Super slow and no way 4K. Going to try to return. I bought my in laws an android tv box about 3 years ago for less money than this lump of rubbish and that old thing peforms better.
