Slightly different appearance from the original. The original have a rubbery feels to it, this one is more plastic smooth glossy finish. Gets the job done, charges my gear s3 almost the same rate if not the same rate as my original charger. Happy with this product. Totally recommend.

From the start, I ordered the wrong model. I have a Gear2. I should have ordered the charger for the Gear2, but I completely overlooked that detail.Product arrived quickly.Product is exactly as described.Product DOES charge a Gear2, just leaves a bit more space in the cradle.Product LED indicator is very dim. Honestly, I thought this was a huge plus. Charger works. You can see that it works, but it is not a blinkin beacon.I would definitely purchase again if needed, for either a Gear2 or 3.

Does what is supposed to do kind of charges it up but for whatever reason I don't have the OEM anymore lost it during moving and I bought this and it doesn't seem to hold the watch in place well so sometimes I'll get dislodged and not charge but my biggest problem have been having is it won't stop charging me it will just keep trying to charge and causes it to overheat which will cause damage I wouldn't recommend this unless you're going to keep an eye on it and take it off when it's done

UPDATE: I found out that if I turn my watch completely off, it charges fine, but still gets pretty warm. Updated from 1 to 2 stars because it works now, but with some inconveniences. I still believe this could be unique to it situation, but also not surprised for a $10 charger.Bought this as a temporary replacement because I left my original behind while visiting my parents. I researched my watch model and verified it was compatible with this charger, and I even plugged it into a usb outlet on my laptop (as recommended) to charge it for the first time. It just overheated my watch to the point where the watch stops charging because it's too hot. I then moved onto a wall adapter to see if that changed, but no. Since receiving this charger a week ago, it has yet to fully charge my watch. It just keeps overheating the watch and somehow draining the battery while it's on the charger. It was at 92% and it was not that hot this morning, so I let it sit for another hour or so to be sure. I came back and it had the overheat warning and had dropped 15% in the charge level. Granted this was only $10 and I don't have a baseline to know if I received a faulty one, but it's basically useless unless I want to destroy what life is left in the battery, or melt it.

Great replacement for the original charger. I keep this one in my semi, velcroed on the dash. I'm not exactly sure why people say don't use in hot regions, mine sits in the sun all day. It works perfectly like the original at a fraction of the cost.

This charger referenced my watch in its description. However , the amp rating was different that the recommended level spec'd for said watch. This resulted in my watch not charging. The watch accepts charge only within a specific amperage level. I sent it back. It was a VERY delayed refund and not typical of my experiences with Amazon affiliated vendors

EDIT: After a week of use I've seen this charger become overheat whenever it charges my watch to the point where it'll stop charging it. Woke up one day and it didn't even charge due to how hot it became. Unless you put a fan in front of your charger, I wouldn't recommend it.Original Review: Bought this as a spare charger for my watch. The LED light is lower than the stock factory one which is nice to put it next to my bed. So far charges good.

Good product. Not fast charging like the one you originally get from box but it works and the charging wire is a lot longer than the factory wire.
