No; these are in no way "medically assistive" because they actually do NOT technically "provide vascular compression" or help with blood flow and swelling. They're a thick pair of tights that can keep your belly fat from jiggling. I actually must wear my prescriptions compression pantyhose (30-40 mmHg) underneath my Dragon Fit leggings if I want true vascular relief. I've had my iliac vein remodelled to remove a demos tumor which was cutting off the circulation in my lower extremities. The tumor is back and the Drain Fits DO NOT help at all. How this answers your question.

I am 5'3 at 120 pounds and love the way the size small fit! The waist in non slip or roll and they are super cute and made with thick, great quality material! Yes, plenty stretchy for yoga or dance.

No it doesn’t. It has a fairly normal crotch seam where the zipper would normally be on jeans. They are VERY comfortable and slimming. One of the best pairs of yoga pants I’ve ever bought

I would say these are true to size, I am a 4 in lulu, and a small in fabletics, and a small fit me fine

Size down

I’m 5’3” 120 lbs - normally a small - I recommend sizing down. Only worn for yoga and waist rolled down. It’s not very compressive. Squat proof though!
