The product was damaged and i could find rust all over the place and we could easily see its an old piece which was sent. Wouldn't recommend to buy from this seller.

This box is very good in terms of quality and the material used which can keep the ev charger safe. But the major problem here is the ventilation vents doesn't works properly due which the ev charger gets heated a lot inside the box and this can make a problem to the charger in future. Manufacturer should work on the design of this box and the vents should be upgraded into metallic safety nets on the both of the box which will surely keep the charger cool. If the company people doesn't understand this upgrade can contact me, I'll explain to them.

Low quality electrical parts

This is a very poor quality product. After just 3 usage, the 16A plug got short.Better to buy a lockable letter box and fix one good quality branded plug and MCB.Don't waste your money in this.

The box is made of low gauge metal sheet and the box was bent at multiple places, the inner box where the plug port and switch is placed is not tight and wobbles when connecting charger. The switches are not secure and comes out of the hole. For the price of this box, it’s expected to be much better.
