I’m not sure how this product has such great reviews. It fits the remote perfectly but it interferes with the clicker making it difficult to use the remote. I ended up removing the cover after trying for several days to get used to it.

 Bought it but you can’t use the remote with this case on it... the case size is too tight and it presses down the trackpad and won’t allow any room for the track pad to click, it stays clicked in which won’t allow you to use it or other buttons... While the case is on the remote it’s so tight it basically disables the remote from being functional. Maybe my case is a faulty one but seems these are molds so the dimensions must be slightly off, I basically bought this for nothing....I can’t believe it’s not a useable item.. I do NOT recommend buying this - I basically have to throw it away because the seller DOES NOT ALLOW RETURNS and now it’s useless! (thumbs down)

The apple remote is small, slippery and sensitive. Not to mention hard to find much of the time. It needs a case, but this case is not worth saving $4. You can spend around $8 and get a much softer feel case that doesn't interfere with the Apple remote clicker.My problem with this remote:1. The rubber is a little too hard and feels more slick than other rubber cases.2. The rim around the top part of the remote interferes with Apple remote clicker. You no longer feel a click. It can still function properly most of the time but you will no longer get feedback from the remote that you pressed the clicker.3. The interference with the clicker can also cause hesitations with swiping and is sometimes unresponsive to pressing the clicker.

Unfortunately, this product did not work well with my apple tv remote. The material kept jamming the small crevice on the top of the remote. SO i obviously couldn't push the button to make a selection of what i wanted to watch. (see picture)**update: so apparently you CANT return this item*** so I’m stuck with an item I cannot use because they didn’t disclose that you would be unable to use the actual clicker.

Anyone who has an Apple TV remote knows how easy it is for it to slip out of your hands and drop to the floor. This little case fits the remote perfectly, makes it easy to have a firm grip, and protects the remote if it should drop. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars Is that it is black and a brighter color would make it easier to find when it’s lost.

I never knew how much I needed this until I put it on! It makes the remote feel so much bigger and I don’t loose it in the bed as easily. The only reason it looses a star is because it is a little loose on the remote. Not enough to just fall off but enough to be loose on the edges. Other than that it’s great and a must have.And if you’re wondering, it doesn’t obscure the sensor at all. It still picks up from a distance and from around the corner!

We got two of these cases for our two Apple TV's in the house.. They make the tiny remotes easier to hold, and harder for them to slip between the cushions of the couches.. The only negative is that one fits a bit too snug, causing the click-pad on the remote to always be clicked down.. stretching the case helps and hopefully over time it will loosen up.. but for the price, i'm not really complaining.

I’m glad that the remote is now easier to grip and won’t fall in between couch cushions. There’s just one annoying flaw to this case - it makes the remote’s touch screen far less sensitive to scrolling and clicking because of the way it touches the outer rim of the remote. When in use I just pop the top half of the case off the remote then pop it back on. Not terrible, just a little obnoxious.
