My husband was skeptical at first; he didn't think we could get such a nice faucet at such a good price. When it arrived he was pleasantly surprised! It's been installed for about 2 months now and everything is working as it should. Neither of us use the pull down sprayer very much so I can't speak to that feature. There is more water pressure than our old faucet had and the control works smoothly. When it was first installed we had the lever on the right as shown in the photos, but after a day of using it that way decided that it should be in the front. So the way it's set up with the lever in the front, you pull it gently towards you to turn water on, and back to turn off. Hot is left and cold is right. It works for us!

After less than a year, the sprayhead popped off the hose. No extraordinary force, just washing dishes after dinner. Because it's spring-loaded, the hose shot down under the sink, spouting water until it was turned off. Managed to thread the hose back up through the fixture, but unclear how to reattach it to the sprayhead securely. Time for a replacement, probably with a more expensive but hopefully more durable unit.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The faucet is a solidly built and attractive product. Just installed it and so far so good. While only time will tell about its durability, based on the experience so far I would recommend it. Definitely an improvement over the previous Kohler faucet.Why the one-star deduction? Just a few minor issues:The main feed hose does not have a quick connect in its middle, which requires reaching up behind the sink to thread it onto the faucet itself, once all the hoses have been passed through the sink hole. Very snug up behind my garbage disposal. This would not be an issue at all for a new install, where the faucet is installed before the sink is lowered into the counter.The arc of the faucet doesn't go through a full 180 degrees, so the head does not spray directly downward. Instead it points perhaps 5 or 10 degrees forward. Seems a little more prone to splashing the user, particularly if your sink dimensions are shallow.The handle seems slightly thin, which might be a point of potential weakness. But for now it's working fine, and that's not a negative unless something goes wrong.All that said, I'm pleased with the purchase. The stream and spray are good, the controls are easy to use, and the spring retraction is definitely better than a gravity ball. Its clean stainless-steel construction looks good in a modern kitchen.One point not related to the product: Check that your supply valves are in good working order before installing. The washer on our hot-water supply was shot, which meant turning off the water to the whole house to replace it. This is unrelated to this faucet and is NOT a criticism of it in any way. Just meant as a helpful hint.

Two years ago I purchased this product. At the time I was delighted with the product. After about six months the faucet started making screeching noises in the head. Pushing on the button which switches from stream to spray initially stopped the screeching. Time went by and the spray position quit working at all. Still the stream is available, and is better than nothing, however the stream is weak unless you hold the spray/stream switch down (in the stream position). I'm concerned that the stream may eventually fail to work as well.

I almost went with another faucet and at the last minute I spotted this one which was cheaper in price but also had better reviews and more functions like the soring loaded pull down sprayer! I love so many things about this faucet! It looks like I spent a lot more than I did! It even increased my water pressure compare to my old faucet that was about 12 years old. I installed this myself while my husband was at work (I am a stay at home mom) and honestly I looked over the instructions just briefly and did not really need them because it is pretty self-explanatory! Very easy to install! I am no plumber but I do like projects!! My husband was very impressed with the quality of this faucet and that I was able to install it by myself!! LOVE my new faucet! Look no further and BUY THIS ONE!!! I purchased a plate for $9.99 here on amazon as well as a soap dispenser for another $9.99 because this faucet doesn't come with either of those things (both optional accessories) but it was still cheaper than the other faucets I was looking at that were not nearly as nice!!

This faucet is beautiful, and I have high hopes that it will stay a part of our kitchen landscape for a long time. The installation process was very straight forward. There was some confusion between the parts list that came along with the package vs what I actually received. From what I understand, this product went through a revision that omitted the need for a specific part, yet it was still on the instructions/part list. That said, the supplier was very receptive to my inquiries and did everything they could to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my experience.Despite my initial confusion, I would rather have a small discrepancy in the instructions and have excellent customer service to help me out, than be left with no communication. I would recommend this product based on its quality, beauty, and solid communication to sort out my questions.The price can't be beat. This is the faucet to get if you're looking to give your kitchen an update!

I was delighted when I saw how nice the faucet looks. I had shopped for a new faucet and didn't like the ones I saw in stores. I really didn't like the prices either! When I saw the price for this one it made me a bit hesitant to order it. I was afraid I wouldn't like the quality. Well, I'm happy to say that I chose very wisely. The quality was even better than the ones I saw in the stores. I highly recommend you try this faucet and enjoy saving money as well as a great product.

Love the look and how it worked. Had it installed by a professional . Installed it around July 1st 2018 and today April 12th 2019 it fell apart. Line from faucet disconnected. Never had a plumbing fixture fail so quickly.
