It has been more than a month i am taking Vitamin B12 of Mypro so i know the quality of their products.. Vitamin B12 is really very good compared to other brands in the market and the price is also moderate.. That's why i ordered B complex of the same brand this time which i have started taking from yesterday so it will be too early to say anything about the quality of this product .. These suppliments are really good for your health, they improve your energy levels , and keeps you active all day long.

This is a good supplement however please be careful and mindful before taking this, always check and consult with your doctor. Per week I would not recommend taking this more than twice a week, unless you have been advised by your doctor, instead if you feel your vitamin b12 might be getting low, you could try the my sport b12 1000 mcg, found that a bit better, but always do a blood test to check first.I felt slight side effects with this such as light headiness, it usually subsides but maybe it might have been because my body was getting used to it.
