They taste like citrus. I expected these to taste bad, but I love the taste. They only have 1 gram of sugar.

I’ve been taking these for months and they genuinely help with bloating and PMS symptoms. The new ones I just got have a different shape and texture. They taste more like apple cider vinegar but it’s good. Easier to chew on too. I prefer the color of the old one but it’s not a deal breaker. Also, cool new label, makes it easier to open.Update- the taste is very strong and sour after a few days. I have to chew quickly to get it over with. Please go back to older recipe or combine them somehow.

Tasted horrible and did not work and I think for the price it is you're not getting your bang for your buck... it didn't do a single thing for me but made my mouth have a bad taste after eating one....

I’ve always struggled with digestion issues and tried every pro and prebiotic, laxative, tea, bloat relief medication known to man until I can get to a doctor (full time college student TIGHT on money) and these worked WONDERS. I was finally able to prove I’m not pregnant or out of shape as ppl try to tell me IM JUST BLOATED. Now they worked a little too good which I was afraid of because my next order of these, they didn’t do anything anymore. Idk if my body got used to them or what but I was right back bloated and gassy, sometimes I don’t even eat and I am. Waking up bloated and gassy if I eat a little food or drink water it’s wayyy worse. They work, just not anymore for me. Tried to take a break and see and for a couple of days they did the trick again but same thing 🥺 the taste is great and even better they don’t cost an arm and a leg like other bloat relief , but just have no effect on me anymore

It does help with bloating, but I didn’t notice a huge difference in water retention or energy levels. Tastes decent though!

The media could not be loaded. I have been using these for a few months, I can absolutely see a difference in the lower belly. The taste is fruity. They do cause you to release gas so keep that in mind, maybe take them while at home ;)

This did not work for me at all. They also don’t taste very good 😞
