It Really Helps!
Well, one of the first signs of my pregnancy was a tidal wave of nausea quickly followed by a long, emotional date with the toilet. I did some research and discovered that: 1. My OBGYN preferred not to see me until I was at least 8 weeks along and 2. a prenatal vitamin was needed as soon as possible to ensure that my baby would have a healthier development. My husband and I are still in school so along with quality, we really needed a good deal. When I started this prenatal vitamin, I balked at the size of the pill and worried that I might throw it right back up.So here are a few tips:1. Take it after eating lightly. My lightest meals are breakfast and dinner. I would have crackers, some fruit and a piece of cheese. I'd take the pill with maybe half a glass of water to avoid that sloshing feeling in my stomach.2. If you're not good at taking pills, cut it in half to better swallow it.3. Try taking it at different times to see what works best for you! But, please try to take it before the nausea hits you at full force. At first, I only took it after I started feeling terrible but taking it at times when I felt halfway alive really helped alleviate the sickness throughout the day.All in all, a good product for the price. I really feel the difference when I don't take it.

Great Product AND Great Customer Service!
I've been taking this prenatal since 5 weeks pregnant and I'm now 22 weeks - I love it! Despite suffering severe morning sickness, which I still deal with sometimes, I never found an issue with taking my prenatal every single morning; I have not missed a day. The prenatal has a light flavor and is not a difficult size to swallow. My favorite aspect of the prenatal is that they use active folate in it which is much easier for our bodies to absorb and use.I also must make note of the excellent experience I had with Morning Pep's customer service. I had received my prenatal during a heat advisory and it was left outside for hours in 100+ weather (I was at work). I contacted the company after noticing that on the packaging it states not to expose it to excessive heat and asked if this would be an issue for the quality of my prenatal. The Morning Pep Rep was very informative that this would not be an issue, but that they would be fully willing to replace the bottle at no additional charge to me. They were able to ship me a new bottle in two days with no issues. I was so grateful for their commitment to supporting their customer.I plan to use this prenatal my entire pregnancy and also for a few months after. I highly recommend this to all expecting mothers, and anyone looking for a boost in vitamins!

No nausea
I did received a bottle of Morningpep’s Prenatal vitamin, with a blend of enzymes and probiotics, in exchange for my honest review. Directions say to take 1 table daily, preferable with food. The bottle has 120 days worth of tablets.I do not have a strong stomach. So, as a test I have taken a Morningpep Prenatal every morning for a week on an empty stomach followed by breakfast about 15 minutes later. No nausea, no throwing up.I suspect that the enzymes and probiotics made the difference. The label says it contains protease and amylase. These enzymes can be produced by the pancreas and are also present in many raw fruits and vegetables. Protease aids in the digestion of protein and amylase for the digestion of starches and carbohydrates. The probiotics added to this tablet are L. Rhamnosus and Bacillus Coagulans. L. Rhamnosus is a strain that actually can live in an acidic stomach per a study in the Journal of Dairy Science, (P. Conway, etal). And when googling “Bacillus Coagulans” you’ll find all kinds of studies that say it reduces stomach pain and bloating.I am happy to report that I did not get sick nor throw up taking Morningpep tablets. Any expectant mom will want to try this brand for her essential vitamins.

Love so much
I've been using these for years and I'm so upset they are sold out. Please come back !I've had no nausea or anything and I haven't burped it up. I also took it on an empty stomach. So I'm pretty happy right now . I should also note I'm not pregnant, but was told to take a prenatal for iron. But I do have problems with nausea on a daily basis (gastroparesis and other stomach issues) so to find a pill that doesn't leave me feel awful and doesn't have me burping up the taste is pretty great.Update: I'm on my second bottle, and have been on these for months. I love it! I actually really love these. These really help with both issues and I tell everyone about it. Not to mention my hair has grown so much, and it already was fast growing lol.

I really liked how their Vitamin A was at a good strength
I just bought this a little over a month ago. My hubby and I are trying to conceive our first baby! I spent hours and hours trying to find the right Prenatal. It's very important that you do your research and make sure you are getting the most out of your multivitamin. This was the closest I could get to everything I need in a vitamin. I really liked how their Vitamin A was at a good strength, I personally wouldn't take any more than what they have. I haven't taken it long enough to notice anything, so that is why I gave 4/5 stars. It's easy to swallow, although every pill is easy for me to swallow. I usually can take 8 pills and swallow them all at once. I take this with food and I don't have any bad side effects. I also like how this pill has enzymes and Red Rasberry in it. That's a nice little bonus. Plus, you can't beat the price!
