Q: What kind of meats are included?

There is no meat in this bucket, just flavoring. However, the servings are SMALL! I was so disappointed to buy what i thought would be a 20-30 day supply, and it only has 13,000 calories! That's only 7 days' worth of Calories!!! Very expensive for one week!

It is 1 cup of water per serving, and any temperature water can be used but we do recommend using boiling water.
