Ron Hock has done all the cutting for their Jarrah Spokeshave Kit -- you just have to glue in the brass wear-strip and shape the handles to suit your hands. All the parts are included: depth-adjuster set screws, brass thumb screws to secure the blade and a Hock blade (#SP062S). Finished spokeshave 11 in. long.A fun, simple and affordable way to add a wooden spokeshave to your tool chest.

Fun, good quality kit.
Any cutting tool is only going to be as good as its blade and Hock makes great blades. The rest of the kit is nice too. All the holes line up properly and everything is nicely milled. After some gluing, sawing, shaping and finishing (I used boiled linseed oil), you've got a nice, usable and pretty spoke shave. With a little work on the factory edge with whatever sharpening stones you use, you've got a great, usable and pretty spoke shave.

Great kit and tool.
Very easy to assemble and it works great. Quality blade. The most time consuming part was shaping the handles.

Fantastic product, excellent quality. My husband absolutely loves it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy any hock product. The blades are fantastic quality,The wood is high-quality, and it was an enjoyable project for my husband to assemble.
