Not 365nm but pretty good anyway.
I kept this because it's tiny and brighter than the one I bought at the pet store but only detects better because it's brighter. It's actually much brighter. However, I'm sorry to say that it's not 365nm. It did detect old cat urine or some kind of chemical on some dark pillows, so it worked and was worth the money, just wish it was the lower bandwidth because I already have a 385nm light.

This is not 365nm!
misleading information.i bought this product solely because the title describes it as a 365 nm emitter. this is not true. the central wavelength is around 385 nm (measuered it myself with a spectrometer. and those 20 nm difference render it unusable for me. also, the entry claims it'll last for 12 hours on a single charge, it died out on me after 2-3 hours on highest UV settings.for those who doesn't care about the nominal wavelength, or the battery lifetime, and just want some UV, it's quite strong both white light and UV, the 3 levels of emission setting is handy as well.

Not super bright, but super nifty
The regular light is really bright, but the blacklight pales in comparison. Not to say it doesn't work, it does its job pretty well. Just not as bright as I had hoped. Cool that it has self contained recharchable battery and comes with tiny cm^2 stand!

Neat little light.
I got this light in today and played around with it a little bit. Pretty impressed with the UV light output, although appearing dim when shining on UV reactive surfaces it really makes them glow. This is using 365nm UV LEDs and they visibly will not appear very bright as they are further into the UVA range and getting further beyond our vision spectrum. I have plenty of 390nm UV LED lights and they cast a very purple light and illuminate things differently than this light. There's also a switch on the side that you can switch to regular white LED lights, while not very bright get the job done, but really aren't meant to be used for much, and not bright enough for movies. I won't deduct for this since I purchased it for the UV light only.Ont the opposite side of the light selection switch there's a small button that cycles though 3 brightness levels, and on max set to UV this little light really puts out a lot of UV light, shining around a dark room anything that reacts to UV glows very brightly and it covers a larger area than I expected. The light also comes with a short USB cable for charging and a little plastic stand the earphone jack plugs into, it's small and doesn't sit up well but it does protect the plug from damage.I'd also be sure to wear amber/yellow tinted safety glasses and not look directly into this light, it's definitely enough UV to where you can tell it's effecting your eyes after a few minutes, just like being under a black light too much.In all it's a neat little light and if you are a flashlight addict like I am it's a neat addition to the collection.
