I buy these as a base layer for my 10 and 7 year old boys to wear under their hockey equipment. They're perfect for the job. They are thin enough that they don't get too hot while playing but still provide a layer of protection from irritation from all the straps and velcro. They hold up through multiple washes. I've only replaced them as they grow out of them.

I Bought these for my son for baseball season..he loves to slide and these shirts protect his arms!! He wore them them it was chilly out and hot out. And in any temperature he said they were still comfortable...I say that's a win!!

Bought 3 small shirts to go with their compression pants. It's become my one son's staple. Plays winter outdoor soccer, rugby and jiu jitsu in it. We purchased small pants and small shirts. The pants fit a but big and are loose....where as the small shirt is more fitted. Highly recommend.
