This mount fits most of 32-65"(some up to 75") TVs sold today. It fits TVs with mounting holes as close as 3"X3" or as wide as 24"x16" (in TV terms - VESA 100x100mm to 600x400mm). Specifically, it fits VESA 75X75mm, 100X100mm, 200X100mm, 200X150mm, 200X200mm, 300X200mm, 300X300mm, 400X200mm, 400X300mm, 400X400mm, 600x400mm Note: This mount does NOT fit certain Panasonic Plasma TV with VESA 684x300mm This mount requires a significant amount of time to assemble (about 20 min). The wall plate and TV plate both come disassembled in the box. Also, the wall plate, once assembled, will not sit flush against the wall until the mount is secured tightly to the wall with all 4 lag bolts into the studs. This was done on purpose so as to create tighter tolerances in the wall plate pieces. This is a very substantial mount with dual arms and heavy gauge steel. The arms extend over 20" from the wall yet folds to less than 4.6". Even at full extension, this mount has very little sag or twist.
