Hot Shot Aborigine Blowgun 36 in.

To start right off, I had some questions about shipping and the company called me right away. I spoke with a very cordial and helpful guy on the phone who gave me some good tips on using the blowgun right away. The gun is good quality and lightweight aluminum with a nice black finish. It is complete with foam grips, front and rear and a shoulder strap. There are quivers on the barrel to hold all the darts in a nice staggered method that makes it easy to draw them quickly. The darts come as a kit so I recommend getting your super glue gel handy. A small drop on the end of the wire that inserts into the dart tailpiece will insure that the wire and the tailpiece stay together. I would also recommend using the superglue on the broadhead wires (that's the wires that are blunt on both ends) since the broadheads are plastic. Once I had the darts assembled, I took it outside and setup a plastic milk container (couldn't find anything suitable of cardboard) 25-30 feet away every dart hit the mark with a surprising tight group and went all the way to the hilt in the plastic! Lot of power. If it will do that with durable plastic, hunting small game would be no problem.Don't let the price fool you, this is NOT a toy. I love primitive weapons and although this is somewhat "hi-tech primitive", I'm sure our distant ancestors would approve.

I got this blowgun to have some fun and... if SHTF... to gather food. It met my expectations in that it was fairly well made and came with many darts of different types. It is straight and shoots straight with good velocity. My only complaint is the 'sight', it's only for general area not true target sighting. It seems to be a cross between a toy and a weapon but, you can decide which it is and get good use for your choice. All in all, good value and worth the money.

the box it came in you could tell that the box was beat to hell and the blow gun was bent really bad. but abter bending it back it does shoot and works. now the plastic tips that came with it needed to break alot of the extra plastic off the tips. all the parts were there so that is good and i was shooting at an old milk jug and all the darts went in to it. i gave it 2 stars cuz it will do the job ( just moved to SC and the have HUGE roaches here and i get one or two in the house a week and thought i would have some fun to kill them) but i would not recomend buying thisjust in the fact that i had to bend it back in to shape.. but for 25$ that is with shipping what can you ask for pla on calling to see about the bend if i have to pay for it to ship back then waste of money

I have been collecting and shoting these for more years then I can count and this one exced's my exspectation's. It is well made and the dart's are better made than they use to be. I will give it a 5 rating and with out hesitation recommend this company to any one . Oh, I almost forgot. The price is a good one too.

Really cool blow gun. Mine did not come with a strap or the foam grip pads ? If I was going to buy another I think I wold spend the extra money and upgrade a little.

A great package for the price. I cannot vouch for its small-game effectiveness, but its very accurate out to 20 feet with targets like cardboard boxes.Comes with a variety of darts - a good entry level blowgun.

The gun itself is great and has lots of space to put the darts. Perfect for the price and durable, it is. A great low-end yet high-accuracy blowgun.
