This was the first time I struggled with split peas cooking through. Might just be me tho. Will continue to experiment with cooking methods. Love split pea soup!

My husband and I are vegans and we are big fans of split peas. Given that we eat organic, I was delighted to find this particular vendor of organic split peas in bulk, shipped free via Amazon Prime.After the split peas arrived today, I immediately cooked some of the peas and used them to make veggie burgers. They turned out quite delicious, and I am very pleased with this particular batch of split peas. I would definitely buy this brand again.I have posted a picture of the veggie burgers. If anyone requests it, I would be glad to post my recipe.

The split peas arrived the very next day, nicely packaged, and I cooked them with kombu and carrots. They are fresh, delicious and rich in flavor - a dream come true! I would recommend them highly to anyone who loves healthy and delicious foods.

These were very high-quality split peas. They had great flavor. A bit pricey, but they were far superior to what I normally buy in the grocery store.

I have already used up my entire 4 lb bag. I have purchased from several different sellers and this is by far the best! Will definitely purchase again!

Perhaps I got a bad/old batch, but no matter what I tried, including soaking overnight and cooking for far longer than I normally would, these peas wouldn't soften up as you would expect.

It was very fresh, organic split peas. I made soup with it and added vegetables. It was very good.
