Taurine arrived spilled throughout the Amazon Prime 2mm-thick plastic shipping envelope. Plastic bottle is flexible and could drop and bounce without shattering. But lid is thin and made of hard/shattering plastic, depositing small pieces of hard plastic throughout powder. Moreover lid has only a single screw thread for affixing to bottle, whereas 3-4 turns (threads) would provide secure closure. So when an impact during shipping hit lid, it shattered into tiny pieces and let the powder escape. Or if the bottle+lid is unsuitable for shipping, then Amazon needs to use a padded bag.
