This cream works like a lotion when applying and you can feel its affects within 10 minutes of application. The product works on its own, not based on getting your heart rate up as the Sweet Sweat does, so you can feel the affects of the cream before, during, and after your work out until you shower. Sweet Sweat is activated by your heart rate and blood flow, so at the end of your work out, you can immediately end the affects. With this cream, I jump into the shower and immediately apply soap. Unless I do, my skin gets even hotter as the hot water runs over the product. I like that this cream gets very very hot, there will be no ambiguity as to if it is working. Being a cream it is easy to apply in targeted areas without being messy and without sticking to your clothes. Has little to no smell, so when I'm running I don't smell anything, just feel the fat burning off.

The cream has a nice scent and made me sweat right away. I love cardio and in about 10 mins I sweating everywhere 😂. I will definitely order more.

Literally, feel the burn. I use this product with a belly band when I'm exercising to make me sweat more. It's heat intensity depends on your body temp--so the warmer your body is, the warmer the product gets. It lasts pretty long--anywhere between 1.5 to 2 hours for me using the band; without the band, it's not as long. So after you exercise, don't immediately jump in a warm shower because you'll get burned. Wait until the heat dissipates before showering. I don't know why you'd apply this after taking a warm/hot shower.. of course, you're going to burn! It goes on well without any stickiness; you feel it working within 5-8 minutes. I just wish there was more product because I seem to go through it pretty fast.

I DO NOT have sensitive skin and this had me burning and itching to the point I had to take a cold shower and even after that you felt the after math of the burning! DONT ORDER THIS

Just be very aware if you have Sensitive skin I do not recommend this product. This produce works great and works quick! And a little bit goes along way.

I am not sure if I am losing any inches from this product yet. Only been using about a month but I can tell you that I really enjoy the heat activated cream. I will continue to use to see if I'm getting any results.

I haven’t loved a product more. I had a pool party this morning and I started using this product under a wrap around my tummy (glad I read reviews), and I exercised for 15 minutes a day for 7 days. And look at the results! Of course I controlled what I ate this week, but this stuff made me sweat where I put it on, it gets HOT, I sweat twice as much as just using the exercise wrap, it has made my skin tighter. I recommend it under the wrap for faster results!
