Having recently discovered rebounding as a low impact method of getting fit and losing weight, i decided to update my cheep trampoline (which was pretty hard to bounce on) for a more professional one. FIrstly, the ordering process went to plan - the trampoline arrived before 1pm as arranged. The construction was a little demanding to begin with, however, by reading the step-by-step guide AND the video on Youtube, my husband and I constructed this within 30 minutes. I would advise you to forget the metal impliment included in the pack. It's unnessesary and tbh quite dangerous. Fix the first bungee on one of the two anchor points, then the second one opposite, then the third bungee on the second anchor point, then fourth bungee on one opposite. THis way it spreads the tension. Otherwise it is impossible to stretch the bungess. Once constructed this gives a great bounce. Just as good as my childrens large one (if not better). It is quite large once constructed so check dimensions beforehand. I'm very pleased with it so far and the price is great for a bungee construction. Hope this review helps.

Absolute hell to build, the tool is useless as is the video, after 6 hours and the tool almost going through my TV after pinging back I very much almost requested to return it but decided to sleep on it and try again todayThe easiest way I have found is, attach the first 2 through the holes. Then turn on its side. Put the cord through the loop go under the pole and then use your body weight to pull it down and click it into the plastic slots. I have found no other way to do it and even then I've broken several nails and have rather sore fingers.The trampoline is good quality and after all that efford I can't imagine it being anything other than sturdy as heck.But be mindful of building it, I am not a typical lady, I do DIY, I build furniture. It's hellish and I am not being overdramatic

Best trampoline we've bought and we've bought a few. I didn't realise bounce quality could be as variable as it is but this one has fantastic bounce. Ours is used daily by a teenage boy and it's doing well with the use. Assembly has been pointed out as an issue. The first few straps are the tightest to get attached even with the tool that comes with it (I don't know how anyone assembled theirs without that tool) but then the going gets easier and easier with it. My opinion is that the assembly is worth it. It's sturdy.

I have been so excited to get this! That excitement promptly left the house about 5 mins after unboxing! Never in all my years of flat packed furniture making have I ever struggled with something so much as I did with this! It too 3 hours! I broke 3 nails n I injured my arm, n thigh plus my thumbs n fingers are so sore u would think I broke the world record for tightening Allen key screws!It took ages to work out how to use the tool to put the elasticated bands around the trampoline, I did as asked in the book, did the opposite to each one I added and the first 4/5 were fine but it gets tough trying to make the tension even! I'm glad I'm not a bloke cos sitting with ur legs open trying to plug the bungies is dangerous! Many a time the tool pinged right in the wrong place! (If u know what I mean!) Eventually after a lot of swearing I finally had the worst few in and then it was slightly easier! Doesn't help with numb thumbs tho!Had a quick go and it is very springy! Can't wait to try it out properly n get fit! Fantastic bargain in a warehouse deals! Now time to get into a routine!

Bought this to replace a 20 year old spring trampoline & the difference is well, almost amazing.Perfect amount of spring, not too much so that I feel unsafe but enough that my ankles/joints feel protected.It’s a pleasure to use.We took a chance on this one and have no regrets. It does seem to have some customer service included, in Germany, so relatively accessible. We purchased a replacement set of bungee cords to use eventually. (also available via Amazon) Though I would hope if there are any issues in the first year the seller would replace free of charge. All bungee rebounders will need new cords at some point.Two months into use there have been no problems. It’s well made, firm and steady in use. The handle does have a little back & forth movement but not enough to cause an issue. For me it’s just there in case I lose balance.The rebounder is large, you need the space to keep it up & ready for use. The legs do not fold in & if you have the handle attached it’s not easy to lean against a wall.Putting together was easier than expected, albeit I left it to my husband. The instruction booklet (good), the instruction video on the left handside of the listing, plus the metal tool for fixing the bands made the job possible. He took his time over a few days, didn’t rush it.He said putting the frame together was easy, pushing the legs out at this stage made it all solid before fitting the cords.On the cords he said the first 4 went on without any problems as the pull length was about 10 to 12 centimetres. The fifth one was difficult as the pull distance was 20 to 23 centimetres and takes some strength. As you continue to fit them they become easier (pull, twist, hook on and bring the end over the stopper to fit).Overall I think this rebounder/trampoline is amazing, very pleased indeed with purchase. It is a real bargain at the price.

First impressions were very good, however after after only 2 months use - two of the cords have snapped.Max user weight stated at 130kg and we're well below that level.I'll be asking for a refund if possible or at least some replacement cords, as the item is only 2 months old - two cords have already snapped and in my eyes that doesn't inspire confidence for future use!!!!Update - contacted Amazon who resolved the issue very quickly. Hopefully I was simply unlucky to get a couple of dodgy bungee cords!! If everything holds up going forwards, I'll increase the review score to 4 or 5 stars :-)

Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht.. Ich war sehr skeptisch und dachte mir, dass ich es mal versuche mit einem Trampolin für 100€, bevor ich 350€ für ein originales ausgebe.Mein Mann und ich hatten das Trampolin nach guten 45 Minuten aufgebaut- den Griff mit den Gummis hatten wir schneller raus als erwartet. Vielleicht bin ich auch so positiv überrascht, weil die Bewertungen so negativ waren, eine Dame schrieb, die benötigte für den Aufbau 3 Stunden- wtf? Nun gut, es war aufgebaut und ich bin direkt drauf rumgehopst und habe die Übungen meines Jumpingkurses durchgeführt, den ich direkt gekündigt hab, das Geld kann ich mir sparen. Also das Trampolin steht fest, wackelt nicht, ist nicht zu klein, war schnell aufgebaut und die Stange wie die meisten schreiben wackelt nicht, sind extra Einkerbungen in der Stange.Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich auf mein Gefühl gehört habe, ein Trampolin für 100€ ist schon ein hoher Preis und verstehe nicht wofür ich 350€ ausgeben soll, dieses Trampolin ist genauso wie das teure vom Jumpingfitness, es ist nur kleiner im Durchmesser, und das ist wurscht.Ich würde es jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Wie in den anderen Rezensionen beschrieben, gestaltet sich der Aufbau etwas schwierig.Anfänglich war das Trampolin für diese Preiskategorie in Ordnung.Nach nur 3 Monaten sind einige Befestigungen am Sprungtuch gerissen, obwohl das Trampolin ausschließlich von meiner Tochter (ca. 70 kg) verwendet wird.Leider habe ich keine Möglichkeit gefunden, direkt beim Hersteller zu reklamieren.Nachtrag:SportPlus hat sich auf die Rezension sofort gemeldet und Ersatz geliefert. Das ist perfekt.

Ich habe das Trampolin im Januar diesen Jahres gekauft und benutze es seit dem mehrmals in der Woche. Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit.Es hat mir während einer Diät wunderbar bei abnehmen geholfen und nun halte ich mein Gewicht damit. Zudem bleibe ich fit und das Springen macht Spaß.Als kleinen Nachteil sehe ich die Anbringung der Haltestange. Da diese keinen Bodenkontakt hat, muss man aufpassen das Gewicht nicht zu weit nach vorn zu verlagern, denn dann kippt es.Nach nunmehr knapp 11 Monaten ist eines der Gummis gerissen und muss ausgetauscht werden. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir vom Hersteller vermittelt, dass es ganz normaler Verscheiß ist und die Gummis nach gewisser Zeit zu wechseln sind. Diese sind bei verschiedenen Händlern käuflich zu erwerben.Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich zufrieden mit diesem Sportgerät!

Der Aufbau des Trampolins ist auch zu zweit nicht möglich. Beim spannen des Tuches besteht höchste Verletzungsgefahr. Die Anleitung ist mehr oder weniger unbrauchbar. Der TÜV hat anscheinend nur das fertige Produkt geprüft. Ob Personen bei der Montage zu Schaden kommen interessiert den TÜV nicht. Fazit: Finger weg!

Ich habe das Trampolin mittlerweile 1Jahr und habe es fast täglich im Gebrauch. Es ist tatsächlich eine sehr gute Alternative zu allen Ausdauersportarten, man kann einen Internettrampolinkurs machen oder ganz locker seine Serien schauen und bewegt sich dabei, insbesondere für die Füsse und Knie ist das Trampolintraining extrem gelenkschonend und die Bänder und Sehnen stärken sich automatisch. Super Sache.

Je me suis procuré ce trampolino pour pouvoir me remettre en forme âpres une fracture du calcaleum.Reçu très rapidement; le montage se fait assez facilement si l'on suit bien les indications; puis très rapidement quand on a compris comment tendre les tendeurs. Parfait pour s'entrainer; silencieux et stable, il prend pas mal de place dans une chambre, moi je le laisse en permanence pour m'entrainer mais si vous avez peu de place chez vous, il n'est pas très pratique à transporter dans une autre pièce pour le stocker; car les pieds ne se replient pas. C'est aussi pour ça qu'il semble très costaud..Un bon achat pour un article sérieux. Trois ou quatre élastiques de rechange pour le cas où auraient été les bienvenus ...

Seit gut 5 Wochen besitze ich nun dieses kleine,aber feine Trampolin. Der Versand ging wie immer super schnell und Trampolin kam gut und sicher verpackt.Zum Aufbau- Es ust kein Hexenwerk und ziemlich selbst erklärend,jedoch braucht man Kraft.Ohne meinen Mann hätte ich die Gummis nicht eingehängt bekommen.Nach ca 35 min stand es aber dann.Funktionalität- Ich nutze es 3-4 x pro Woche für 20-40 Min und mache sowohl Cardio,als auch Kräftigung oder Stretching darauf. Es federt nicht zu arg, sodass auch intensive Cardio-Einheiten kein Problem sind.Jedoch muss man dadurch auch sehr auf seine Beinachse achten ( durchgestreckte Knie,werden direkt schmerzhaft belohnt).Meine Kinder hüpfen auch immer mal darauf,bisher macht es alles ohne Probleme mit.Stabilität- es knarzt und knackt schon, je nach Belastung,jedoch kann ich problemlos trainieren und meine Kinder im Geschoss über mir weiter schlafen. Die „ Haltestange“ ist ziemlich instabil und wackelt doch sehr, was ich jedoch für mich persönlich ganz vorteilhaft finde,da ich dazu neige, mich fest zu krallen und zu sehr abzustützen.Viel Belastung wird diese Stange allerdings nicht aushalten,schätze ich.Zur Langlebigkeit kann ich nach 5 Wochen natürlich nichts sagen,werde aber immer mal wieder Updates geben.

Alles in allem für diesen Preis ein super Trampolin.In meiner Familie gibt es schon 2 Bel..con Trampoline die ich getestet habe mir aber im Moment leider nicht leisten konnte\wollte. Ich finde dieses hier ist eine gute Alternative und vom Sprunggefühl merke ich ( 117 kg) kaum einen Unterschied.Der Aufbau war leicht verständlich erklärt und meine 7 jährige Tochter und ich hatten es in 1h ohne Probleme stehen . Ich empfand das Werkzeug zum Gummisspannen sehr hilfreich.Das Einzige wo auch ich mir Sorgen mache sind die Gummifüße. Sie sehen jetzt schon so aus als ob sie nicht sehr lange durchhalten. Über die Haltbarkeit insgesamt kann ich nach so kurzer Zeit noch nichts sagen. Mal schauen....

Hatte vor einem Dreivierteljahr mein erstes Trampolin bestellt. Dieses fing nach wenigen Wochen an zu quietschen, also hab ichs reklamiert und ein neues erhalten.Leider ist es bei dem nicht viel besser gelaufen. Aufbau eine Zumutung und dann hält es nicht mal vernünftig.Sehr schade, hatte echt mehr erwartet, vom Maximalgewicht bin ich auch weit entfernt.

Dal manuale di istruzioni si evince il montaggio degli elastici. Lo ha montato mio marito, che ha trovato le spiegazioni esaustive e ottime. Bisogna far attenzione a non tirarsi un elastico in faccia (lui lo ha montato da solo onde evitare che finisse in faccia a noi) Ha un uncino per tirarli e vengono indicate le sequente di quale ordine seguire. Con un pochino di forza è semplice.Punto 2 si salta benissimo è enorme spazioso e silenzioso.Unica pecca il bastone che se avesse poggiato a terra avrebbe dato ulteriore stabilità al trampolino. Mia figlia di 6 anni con entusiasmo saltando si è appoggiata in avanti e si è un po sollevato da dietro. Ma ovviamente va usato stando al centro.La plastica di copertira elastici è buona e mi piacerebbe avere il ricambio.Nel complesso è ottimo, forte e molto utile. Zusammengebaut und leider kommen seitdem das Trampolin gespannt ist 2 Füße nicht mehr auf den Boden. Wenn man nun springt macht es jedes Mal “plock” auf dem Parkett :( sehr schade. Hatte mir aufgrund der bewertungen mehr erhofft...

PESIMA COMPRA. la cama elastica es una piltrafa. como vale mas una foto que mil palabras, adjunto el estado en el que se encuentra la cama utilizada por un niño de 67kg. durante 4 meses.ademas el periodo de devolucion es de un mes, por lo que no es posible devolverla Y SOLO ME QUEDA QUEJARME.La compramos por que la que tenia que ha utilizado varios años se le quedo pequeña y esta que es mas grande y para mas kilos resulta que no ha durado ni un año.LA DOY UNA ESTRELLA PORQUE SI NO NO ME DEJA PUBLICAR MI QUEJANO COMPREIS

Ein wirklich gut verarbeitetes, stabiles Trampolin.Die Aufbauanleitung ist gut verständlich, im Heft befinden sich auch Trainingstipps.Alleine das Befestigen der Seile kann ein wenig schwer sein, das mitgelieferte Befestigungs Tool macht dies jedoch etwas einfacher, als wenn man die Seile einzig per Hand anbringt. Ich habe beide Möglichkeiten ausprobiert, und von Hand ist das nichts für zarte Hände.Ich bin schon kräftig, musste mich jedoch ein wenig anstrengen und nach 36 Seilen habe ich ein wenig transpiriert ;)Kunden, die vorhaben zwecks platzsparender Aufbewahrung die Beine des Gerätes regelmässig abzumontieren, empfehle ich die Gewinde ein wenig (sparsam) mit handelsüblichem Fett einzuschmieren. Das schont die Feingewinde.Alles in Allem hat der Aufbau gemütliche 45 Min gedauert.Danach wird man jedoch mit jeder Menge Trainings Spass belohnt.So ich muss weg....hüpfen.

Ich habe dieses Trampolin für mein Kind (6 J) gekauft, nach etwas über einem Jahr flog mir mehr oder weniger der Haltegriff um die Ohren - Schweißnaht gebrochen, ich versuche gerade zu verstehen, wie dieses Teil eine Belastung von 130 kg ertragen soll, wenn sich nicht mal eine Person unter 30 kg wirklich daran anhalten kann... bzw. das gerade mal etwas über ein Jahr und dann ist es hinüber :( von der Verletzungsgefahr will ich jetzt nicht mal sprechen! Um das Geld hätte ich mir hier etwas mehr erwartet, denn da hätte es ein Billigteil von dem ich weiß, dass ich es nach einem Jahr im Müll entsorge auch getan.

J'ai décidé de changer mon mode de vie alimentaire, j'y associe le trampoline qui va me remuscler, détoxifier le corps / renforce la densité osseuse / cardio vasculaire : Il réduit considérablement la pression artérielle pendant l’exercice Réduit les périodes de pression artérielle élevée après l’exercice Fait circuler de plus grandes quantités d’oxygène dans les tissus du corps Renforce les muscles cardiaques et d’autres groupes musculaires et vous brûlerez une bonne quantité de calories qui contribueront grandement à la perte de poids dans le temps. Réduire la cellulite. Travailler sur la posture et l'équilibre. Je n'ai aucun doute qu'à long terme, ce trampoline va tonifier et affiner mon corps.
