Waist Trainer for Women Corset Cincher Body Shaper Girdle Trimmer with Steel Bones Extender

The media could not be loaded.  I've been struggling with lower back pain for the last few months and was having trouble while working out. My trainer suggested that I try a waist cincher. I was leery of trying it, but glad I listened to him. I feel a marked difference in my back. It fits nice and snug which keeps my back straight and my posture aligned. It helps me remember to sit up straight and seek alternatives on bending or slouching to get something. Even thought it keeps your back straight it is still very flexible, so it doesn't hinder your normal activities. I have no difficulty breathing. I was shocked at how comfortable this is to wear. The first day I got it, I meant to wear it for an hour to try it and I ended up forgetting it was on and wore it for 4 hours. The material is soft and feels nice on my skin. The hooks are heavy duty and made to last. There is a learning curve on figuring out how to get it hooked on and be tight enough at the same time. It only took a few days to figure out the best way for me. I'm so glad that it comes with the extender, so I have more levels to use to continue to get smaller. I really like this product and will continue to use it as I need smaller sizes.

Now THIS IS THE TRAINER I have been looking for!!! So y’all I have a 32 inch waist but I have an hourglass figure so i have a small waist compared to my hips. I got the XS because I’m on a weight loss journey and ddnt want to get a trainer that was too big that I wouldn’t be able to use after a while because it’s too large. I’m so happy I got the xs because I can work with it along my journey. I AM SO THANKFUL it comes with an extender because I definelty would not have been able to fit the XS without it. As my waist gets smaller I will be able to take off the extender and use the belt on its own and I’m so happy. The quality is amazing as well it really makes you sweat. I worked a GOOD sweat just putting the thing on! The material is awesome because it does not over stretch! It has enough give for you to get into it. I’ve used other waist trainers that are made of spandex and polyester and after like a day or two I’m already on the last ring which I hated! If you are looking to use the product long term I recommend you size down from the recommendation especially since it comes with an extender. So happy I found this!

I just received my waist trainer and put it on.The quality of the product from the first look is wonderful, I'm happy with color, texture and overall look.Thanx to reviews I knew that the seller also puts in an extender, so I ordered it 1 size smaller. Do not recommend to do the same to everyone because anyways we tend to underestimate our size, and because I know I'm losing weight now (and it's not just my wish, I know for sure it is happening), so I can be 100% confident by doing that.Even with an extender (last row), it was really hard to put it on, but I know the first time it should be like that, so it's totally fine. I can brief just fine, without any hurdles.Right now I'm sitting and writing this review with a waist trainer on me and my posture is perfect! The main reason for me to order this product was my back pain (and only then my wish to have an hourglass figure), so I'm happy that now I have no choice, but to have the right spine posture and a trainer supports it.Also, the delivery came 4 days earlier than expected.So far I'm happy with this purchase. Okay, I’m 246 pounds 5’4. VERY BUSTY (42H) I started with the 3X WITH EXTENDER. The only way I managed to get it on was to CLAMP (4 to 5) of THE FASTENERS STARTING FROM THE BOTTOM. STEP IN AND PULL IT UP OVER MY HIPS AND FINISH BUTTONING UP FROM THERE. It LOOKED GREAT but I knew I’d be miserable trying to sit down. SO I ORDERED A 5X no extender needed still looked great and felt comfortable even on the second tighter row. I’LL SAY THIS... IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO BUY MORE THAN ONE SIZE AND EASILY PROCESS YOUR RETURN JUST DROPPING OFF THE ONE YOU DON’T WANT AT A KOHL’S THAT HANDLES AMAZON RETURNS IT WOULD BE DEFINITELY BUT WORTH IT! I am 5’11”, 180lbs and four months postpartum. I wear a size 30/US8 in jean at the moment. I found my size on the chart which would have been a size large, and decided to size down one size to a medium. I was able to secure the waist trainer on the largest hooks right away. Had I not been able to, the trainer graciously includes a size extender! The material of this waist trainer is nice and thick. The bones are rigid and hold their form, but do not restrict your movement. I feel very held in while wearing this. I am not new to waist training. I own a much more expensive waist trainer that the Kardashians were peddling a few years ago. The construction of this trainer is much higher quality. The stitching is all very neat and even. I was surprised to see that I didn’t have back fat problems while wearing this trainer- something my other trainer does cause. I feel very confident wearing this under most outfits when I go out. I’m so happy with my purchase. Will gladly repurchase in a smaller size when needed.

good product, you get what you pay for.I did about 8 to 10 hours of research on this thing, and I found this product to check off the most boxes in terms of quality, comfort, price, returnability, etc. The customer service is amazing, because it is amazon's customer service that takes care of you. I am actually 31.5 inches on my waist (I am 5'5) so I should be ordering a XL, but I ordered a L and its still tooo big. I have exhnged it for a medium

Perfect fit, used to use the extra strip but now I’m on the second to last slip o no the waist trainer. Love it! However it does hurt at the back a bit because of the stick at the back sticks out

I ordered size 10.2inch long but i received the 11.6in long one. So disappointed 😢. Thinking of cutting it now so i can use it properly. Material is good though. I’m a medium size 5’2 height and XS is quite just right with the extender but i couldn’t sit down as the corset is too long hence hurting my bust.. 😥

Llevo un mes usándola y me ha encantado!! Es rígida y da un control excelente, no se enrolla y las varillas son muy flexibles por lo que puedes agallarte o hacer cosas sin problema, la recomiendo mucho!! OJO la tabla de tallas SI viene bien pero dice cuanto mide la cinturilla estando en el nivel de ganchos más apretado, por lo que para aprovechar al máximo todos los niveles y el extensor si hay que pedir unas medidas más chicas pues todos los niveles dan como 5-5.5 pg más, por ejemplo mi cintura mide 27pg y pedí la xxs de 22pg para usarla con todo y el extensor y así poder ir disminuyendo todos los niveles.
