It writes smooth and effortless. It serves as a great decoration, too. I placed it in a glass wine cup, It's in my office. I love how the flowers change color, and inside they are white. The color does not hold inside. I was so pleased with them, that I ordered a set to give it to my sister-in-low. Her kids loved them, too. I have since ordered the colorful stem pack, too.

These are really pretty pens. I like their tulip form and how soft the material is. I'm a little sad that they don't hold on to their color for long if they're not sitting in front of a window or where they can get some UV light. Luckily, they're just as pretty when they're just white. The write well too, very thin lines, I haven't tested all of them, but not bad for a decorative pen. And you get so many!

Looking to replace a fun mermaid pen I’ve owned for years, even tho I’m 52 yo I still like it. Bought this multi pack with high hopes it would replace my failing old pen. The tail is important bc it keeps the pen at the top of my planner spiral binding (it’s the little things) so I purchased this set. Cute, writes really nice, more like a very fine felt too me, but who knows exactly. No smudging, nice feel in your hand BUT, here is only problem… the tail on these is not stable. 😩 when in my planner binding, in my purse, the tail pops off and my pen descends into the depths of the spiral (which everyone knows is a hassle and frustrating to retrieve) so alas, it gets 4 stars instead of 5. I may super glue the tail on each of these pens, but I shouldn’t have to

The pens do truly change color in the sunlight and they become more vibrant the longer they are in it. Apart from that the flowers themselves don’t wiggle around too much when writing, it feels comfortable, and they write smoothly. Honestly, pictures and videos do not do the color changing justice. I read compliments about some packages not having enough blue tulips but mine has plenty!

I was not expecting them to be white as I did not read the description. They seem sturdy and I haven’t written with them yet. I plan to give them out at work .
