1PCS SCT013-005 5A 1V Non-invasive Split Core Current Transformer Sensor

Am using these with ESPHome and Home Assistant. They work quite well and were easy to setup with a minimal amount of work. Using them with the ADS1015 because I'm working with high current devices, and had no problems at all. They just work.

Good value for the money.

I got these CTs because with their voltage output they are perfect to use with my oscilloscope to check starting current on induction motors. 100 Amps gives 1 volt output. Easy conversion.

This is a split core coil with a resistor across the output. It functions as it should and is worth the money. But, it is not a great product. The hinge and clamp are just flexible plastic and will break with repeated use. The output is a stereo audio jack with 3 contact points but only two are used which is confusing (why not use a mono jack?) . And the case is square which is unnecessary and makes it hard to fit into tight spaces.

Haven't tried to hook them up yet. I thought I was getting six, not three for about $40.

Nice little current transformer. I use it to monitor my washing machine's energy usage with an ESP8266 (emon lib) + MQTT going to Home Assistant

Used with a 1-wire sensor and some math and works very well. Solid and sturdy.

手軽に機器の消費電流を調べることができるが、出力電圧を測定するテスターの入力インピーダンスに依って電圧値がかなり変わるようです。写真のデジタルテスターで1.7Vの電圧値を得た時に、針式のアナログテスターでは1.3Vの表示となりました。コイルの出力電圧を測定する側のインピーダンスが指定されていないので、大雑把な電流値を知る事はできるが、精度：±1％; 直線性：≤0.2％ で測定するのは無理でした。

単相３線式の電流検出にブレーカーボックスの中で200Vのところの両端に２個使って測定しています。正確な値を示しています。
