we've been keto for 8 months. We've tried a lot of pasta replacements and this one is the best so far. Tastes very similar to pasta. The texture is different, but when you haven't had pasta in 8 months - well, let me just say my kids were happy with dinner tonight. I made American Chop Suey (or some call it goulash?) It has always been a family favorite and thanks to this low carb alternative, it is once again!

I was skeptical by other reviews that this would be mushy and a waste of money as I’ve experienced before with other companies. Well let me tell you! This right here, is the TRUTH! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to make any sort of low carb Mac and cheese and it just wasn’t working, cauliflower definitely was a no go for me! But these noodles, work as a PERFECT REPLACEMENT in a Mac and cheese dish. I’m overly ecstatic to FINALLY have found a noodle that works for me to be able to eat my childhood favorite Mac and cheese. I would HIGHLY a recommend. Saving up for my next bag to purchase because that price is a little intense lol but it’s worth it!

I would have given it 5 stars but the price is rediculous. I’m doing keto so I wanted to try this. I have to say it is amazing! I was expecting a mushy or grainy texture and none of that was there. I make a certain pasta salad and it tasted just the same.They really need to work on the price though. I would love to but a couple bags at a time but I’m not paying $24-36 for 2-3 bags of pasta. That’s just crazy.

Overall, I liked this product. You can taste the difference between regular noodles pretty much immediately, so I would suggest using this product in dishes that have big flavor. I made chili mac and goulash with these noodles and loved it! What I really miss about pasta is the mouth feel, and these give me that only a little chewier (which I actually like. Chewy and crunchy are my favorite mouth feels). I've tried the miracle noodles and a few other noodle alternatives, and this is my favorite of all of them. I do recommend this product.

Can’t belive it! This is the best tasting pasta alternative I have ever had. I’ve tried so many and this can be used with any sauce, is delicious and filling. I didn’t find that I had to cook it much longer than regular pasta. The only reason I’m writing this review is because I came back to buy more.

I've been on Keto for 2.5 months and lately I've been craving pasta. I went back and forth wondering if I should actually pay $13 for a bag of pasta. I've been disappointed with reviews before so I was a bit nervous about ordering this. But I finally did it and OMG....THIS IS PASTA! Boil for 20 minutes! This tastes like REAL PASTA. I promise I'm not being paid for this review or given anything free. I ordered the Elbow type and made tuna macaroni salad. You would never be able to tell the difference between this and regular pasta. I'm excited to try the rotini type next! I don't know what others are talking about when they say it's chewy or taste like rubber.

cost way to much, but I am doing Weight Watchers and this is very low smart points, makes great pasta salad!

Even after cooking for substantially longer than the instructions said, it was firm and never had a texture like real pasta. Didn't scratch the itch, and not worth the price. :-(
