Firstly, this bottle has been a lifesaver in reminding me to hydrate. The markings that let you know where your intake should be and by what time, are absolutely awesome!I wanted this bottle in my life for ever, but that was not meant to be. I got one in pink and after it arrived I got one in orange for the hubby. He lost his to our concrete outdoor yoga class by simply knocking it over on it's side. Today, I did the same. The glass looks like it's protected, and it is... If it happens it fall on the silicone part, and not the glass. Both were knocked over on ground level. You would think that with a name like Xtremeglas, that the glass could handle being knocked over. :(

I wanted to love this water bottle, but just can't. I purchased one and used it daily. For no apparent reason, it was leaking one day while sitting on my desk. When I removed the silicone wrap to inspect what was going on, the bottom was cracked clear around the base in a near perfect circle. I was outside the return window, but the seller was great and replaced it, no questions asked.I've now had my new bottle for about two weeks, and continue to use it daily. As I'm sitting at work today, I hear a sudden crack for no reason. I inspected my water bottle sitting next to me, and it is also cracked now for no reason.The glass they use for this bottle must be weak. It cracks spontaneously with no explanation!! Although I use this bottle daily, there is no reason that cracking should occur. I would NOT recommend this purchase.

I was so excited to trade my plastic water bottle for something more eco-friendly and that I can use with essential oils without that flavor being infused into the bottle...Unfortunately, after 9 days of use, the bottle broke unexpectedly. It was never dropped or even bumped. The bottom portion of the bottle simply separated from the rest of the bottle. You know those crafty people who cut old wine bottles in half and repurpose them into something artsy? That is what I was reminded of. There was no shattering or odd cracking. I noticed the bottle leaking on my counter top, so I pulled back the silicone to inspect it and the bottom essentially fell off in a near perfect circle into my hands. It was odd. Seems as though the glass itself is of a really poor quality. I'm super bummed since I love the hourly tracking markers on the bottle. Haven't found another glass bottle company that does this same thing, so I had to opt for a better quality glass bottle without the markers.

Actually much cooler than you might think. I love buying water bottles and my wife teases me so I bought this for her. She said it was stupid when I gave it to her even though I said it was cool that there were hour markers, nicely wrapped, good size, two lids. So, I hid her old one so she would have to take it to work. Two days later she begrudgingly told me it was awesome and was glad that she couldn't find her old one. She said the covering makes it easy to hold and keeps it from slipping around, tipping over. She said she prefers drinking from a nice glass bottle. Two of her work friends bought the exact same bottle. My 4 year old somehow broke it last week. I say somehow because my wife has dropped it numerous times and the covering padded the fall but this time it broke, but the glass was the kind that somehow kind of stays together even after it cracks(coated). She asked me to get her another as it is her new favorite.

I bought this water bottle based on reviews. I absolutely LOVED It! But today, I heard a loud pop and discovered my water bottle had busted all on its own! I had to cut the sleeve off to get the picture because I didn’t want to cut my hand on the glass. I never ran it through the dishwasher. The only thing the bottle ever held was water. No essential oils, no hot beverage...just water.

The best water bottle ever!!!! I never leave product reviews, but this water bottle is one of the best products I ever bought, and it deserves the BEST reviews ever! I absolutely love it!I searched for the glass water bottle on Amazon, and I liked this design, and the fact that it is owned and operated by veterans, so I ordered it. I didn't think much of it, and when I received the package, it took me couple of days before I opened it. But when I did open it, I was impressed right a way how well made and how beautifully designed it is. No shortcuts anywhere, just a perfect simple design, like we used to see American companies make years ago. Which unfortunately does not exist any more, and the quality is always second to the profits, but not here!This is 1L glass bottle and even tho it is big the balance is perfect. It doesn't feel to heavy, the silicon sleeve really adds to functionality. It keeps the bottle perfectly in place in the car, even tho the bottle is big, and doesn't fit all the way in my car coup holder, but the silicon sleeve keeps it perfectly in place and the bottle doesn't move, and even when braking hard it doesn't topple over.The lit, is another part of a great design, the strap is very handy to cary the bottle, and the top closes perfectly, it doesn't leek at all, and the fact that it is stainless steel is amazing. It is what one would expect, but so many times corners are cut in the production, and the quality materials are replaces with less expensive once. But not here!!! GREAT JOB XTREMEGLAS!!!!This company brought back all the best of what American products used to be known for. No nonsense design with best execution! I also loved that the company is owned and operated by veterans here in the US!!! And all this for only $24.99, amazing!!! It also comes in a great package! I just wish that more companies would follow example of Xtremeglas!!! What a pleasant surprise!!!
