This is the BEST dirty martini mix you will ever buy. I mix it with their straight up olive juice and the martini is amazing. It really does make a dirty martini taste clean but with tons of flavors. I suggest using this if you love olive brine and a bit more of a smooth taste rather than vermouth that can be a bit gross or dry. The bottle is easy to use and can last a while if you mix it with other brine's.

Recommended to me from a bartender after I got tired of shuffling through jars and jars of olive jars in my fridge with only olives and no juice. She said they used it at the bar she worked at so I figured I’d give it a try. The price was right and nothing ventured nothing gained. Made dirty Martinis for several friends and they loved them. And.....like I said, very good price.

Martinis anyone? Great olive juice! I’d like to have a martini now and then but it’s hard to find olive juice in the store. This was exactly what I needed. Packaged well

Not a bold flavor...too weak!

This is a good brine for dirty martinis, great flavor. Some mixes just don’t have the olive taste. It’s a little pricey, but the good olive brines are not cheap.

First off, I prefer my dirty martinis pretty dirty. My two complaints with this product are, 1) the container leaks if you shake it or squeeze it with some authority, and 2) the olive brine is filtered to the point where most of the olive flavor is absent. There are several other olive brines (including the brine that comes with olives) that has more of the suspended solids that provide all of the flavor. When making a dirty martini, I find that I have have to add about 50% more brine to achieve the same level of brininess (not flavor) that other products deliver.

The shipment came in on time, which is great. Also, the flavor is fantastic. Only problem, the bottle leaks like crazy. Half of it goes into the glass the other half on the counter. I've already used half the bottle and that was only a few (3) martini's. It actually leaked in the package it was mailed in.

Used to really love this mix but lately it's very inconsistent with the bottles being way more light colored and not nearly as flavorful. This particular order of 2 came in and you can see the difference. Used to always be the darker version which I'd rate a 5. This will be my last order unfortunately as it used to be really good.
