It has a use, somewhere.
This is more of a novelty item. Bought it only to use last remaining $19 on a gift card. It has all the same tools on a swiss army knife only more uncomfortable to hold and use. The knife shapener went dull on the first knife I tried to shapen, the magnifying glass only works when you are a quarter inch away from what you are viewing. The foldable knife, although a neat Idea. Is set in cheap plastic certainly to brake the moment you try to stab something any thicker then a piece of paper. Buy at your own risk or as a novelty gag gift.

Useful
The metal tool card is smaller than I thought it would be, but VERY solidly made and useful. The plastic one is a little less solidly made, but still useful. The knife is VERY sharp, and not difficult to figure out how to fold, but after you unfold it it stays a bit bent so that's a point against it. But for the price, it was worth it.

Don't think you gonna be doing something with this knife other than opening boxes. It's a box cutter blade with a flimsy plastic handle. Everything else looks and feels like a toy.
