A great resistance band for assisted pull ups, trying to increase my maximum reps for these and the band was perfect! Will be ordering another as I ordered purple and there is too much resistance for hanging leg raises. Also not the best for bicep curls as no handles but doesn't stop it from being possible. Overall great product.

I bought the blue (strong) band from Iron Core Fitness as I already have a pair of their sliders, which are a quality product. I was not disappointed. It turned up the next day, and I have found it very useful in my (ongoing!) quest to add to the number of chins I can do. Highly recommended.

Overall very satisfying service. The bands are of a high quality and the PDF (sent via email)that accompanies the bands has 80 exercises (functional, strength and mobility) to help you achieve your fitness goals. 'I have a very mediocre condo gym with weights that go up to only 20kg. I have been training for quite some time and needed an alternative. The colour, and quality of the band is superb. Plus it really provides a lot of resistance which can be hard to find. I was surprised by how much I loved/still use the ebook during my workouts. Overall, great band.
