I got this product to help strengthen my fine hair. I've noticed my hair is softer, not so brittle on the ends & less hair ending in my hairbrush after styling. I also love that it has lots of other vitamins too, a great new product and super fast delivery.

I do think these work but I might try something different this time just because it makes your pee neon yellow and it’s like it all day. Certainly helps me remember if I’ve took it or not though!

My hair is feeling so much softer and better condition since using this product! So pleased I have found these and will definitely buy again.

Bought these as my hair grows unbelievably slow, unfortunately haven’t seen any results from taking them. Probably would have been better just buying normal vitamins. Relatively easy to swallow but don’t have a very nice taste.

This year I decided to make time for looking after myself and my hair and fitness was top of my list, along with other fitness products I have noticed my hair looks more regenerated and glossy.

It’s good my hair are softer I am half way of the first bottle but I still loose my hear I see hair on my brush and in the bath

Great for hair growth... however now I have to visit the barber more often for haircuts!
