They hold stuff well enough, but do not open very well. They don't seem to actually have a spring mechanism, they are just plastic molded to hold the closed shape. Because of this they barely open wide enough to hold thinner pants, and it is incredibly difficult to open them up enough to hold slacks in a way that preserves the shape.

Served purpose well. Just regular old clips.

I clip these on blush pink velvet hangers and hang my clothes after ironing. They keep my pants and skirts wrinkle free until I am ready to wear them.

These are PERFECT for hanging shorts, pants or skirts on hangers with matching shirt! I put outfits together and hang them up ready to go for my 7 year old. I even use another clip to attach u does and socks to the outfit so mornings are a breeze!

I got these to go with my new velvet hangers. I hung several skirts with them but I didn't realize until I took one of the skirts off the hanger that these clips are apparently rough and scrape the "velvet" off the hangers. Will not be using them again, even if I have to just fold my skirts over the hangers.

I wasn't sure what to expect with these but I really like them. I can add them to any of my felt hangers and I can put them on the top part of the hanger or the bottom part of the hanger. I liked them so much that I had to buy another pack. I like hanging my bike shorts and skorts and these work great. If I put the clips on the bottom part of the hanger I can hang a shirt on the hanger with the shorts.
