Colour:Rose Gold | Size:5pc Juno Presentation Box Set Introducing the NEW Juno collection, designed in the UK and brought to you by Taylor's Eye Witness. Different in the market because of the way the handle is made. It is ‘over-moulded’ directly onto the blade, instead of the blade ‘clicking’ into the handle. The new system gives a much stronger un-detachable blade/handle system. This knife set also features tapered, Titanium Nitride coated blades with a stylish range of soft palette colours or metal elements, such as Chrome, Copper and Rose Gold. The modern chef's knife is a multi-purpose knife designed to perform well at many different kitchen tasks, rather than excelling at any one in particular. It can be used for mincing, slicing, and chopping vegetables, slicing meat, and disjointing large cuts. The all-purpose or utility knife is the perfect accompaniment to the chef's knife for multiple slicing and chopping tasks, but allowing for finer work, making shallow cuts and incisions and for any cutting where greater control over a small area is required. The paring knife is ideal for peeling and other small or intricate work such as deveining a shrimp, removing the seeds from a jalapeño, 'skinning' or cutting small garnishes. The Santoku knife is a popular variation to the chef’s knife, often referred to as a ‘Japanese chef’s knife’. ‘Santoku’ means ‘3 good things’ – cutting, slicing and mincing. Designed with a Granton (dimpled) blade to prevent food sticking and to allow for more efficient slicing.GLOBAL REPUTATION: Taylor's Eye Witness was founded by John Taylor in the early part of the 19th century in Sheffield, the original city of steel. Established in 1838, they have over 175 years experience which has given them an edge when it comes to product development, continually designing and developing kitchenware products based on customer's needs. They have stood the test of time through an unrelenting dedication to quality, service and technical know-how in the design of knives.

Quickly have lost coating and going rusty easy
They are NOT dishwasher safe as it says in description. All the coating of these knives is now washing off after going in the dishwasher, and on top of this they are quickly going rusty! This is very worrying for health, along with the fact that when I take my dishes out I find rusty water on them that had come off these knives, very concerning when you think these chemicals will be going in your body. They may be pretty at first but they won’t stay it for long and that is not worth risking your health for.

Nice looking knives but marks appearing after short time on blades
Thought I'd write a review after having a month or so.Delivery and communication was good - the knives look really nice and are sharp. The only downside and this is picky is that I have noticed marks appearing on the blades - almost like rust marks from using in the dishwasher. Maybe it's me and you shouldn't use in the dishwasher but I hate washing pots manually - Even went without cooking for months when the dishwasher broke to get out of this task! :) Anyway - back to the review - would I purchase again - yes I would xHope this helps

Cheap
Just buy other knives. They look nice until the coating starts to go funny, and the stand is really cheap feeling and looking. They are cheap knives though so if you want something in rose gold to just sit in your kitchen and barely get used then go for it.If you want to use these knives consistently throughout the week I would just buy a set of premium knives (:

Look good but very light!
Lovely, sharp knives which look good but I was disappointed to find that there is no weight in them. The blades, although very sharp, are quite thin and the handles are not the kind of rubber material I expected (very lightweight). They do cut well but I find that they sometimes get stuck because there is no wedge in them so it creates a sort of suction effect when cutting moist veg especially.

Sharp and comfortable
Beautiful set of kitchen knives that are impecably sharp. Comfortable grip on the handle too.

Feel cheap
Looks pretty, but the top of the handle is plastic, made to look like metal. So there is very little weight in the handles, and the whole knife feels a bit cheap to me, in my hand. I mean, they do cut things, they are fit for purpose, but they are not really "good" knives, if you know what i mean.
