I bought this posture corrector for my husband because he is dealing with a suspected pinched nerve and everything we read indicates that posture is likely a determining factor. I had hoped he could put this on himself, but it is a bit tricky to get the back piece and straps to lie smoothly without me behind him adjusting it as he tightens it up.After writing to the company support about this issue, they very kindly responded within the hour and informed us that he was trying to make it too tight. That was causing the misalignment. He tried putting it on himself after that and as you can see in the second photo, it sits lower just below his neck and the back piece is no longer misaligned. I think we have figured out our problem!He feels comfortable wearing it, however, and that is the main thing. He also says that immediately he can feel the difference in his posture, how well it is being corrected. So the device does what it is supposed to do, but I would have liked it to be a little more user-friendly for putting on, so that the back of it never misaligns.After a month of wearing this device, I decided to give it a try as well. We ordered a new one for my husband that also gave him support for his lower back as he was experiencing lower back pain. And I took over this one. Now I wear it all the time and my husband says that I look younger with better posture. I am weary at the end of the day though and ready to give my shoulders a break. Feels as good to remove as my bra...haha.

I purchased this model to have a second brace to use when working at home vs. at the office. This one was about half the price of an almost identical product I had previously purchased. Although almost identical, this product is MUCH more comfortable to wear. The straps are longer making it easier to adjust. I cannot imagine how a man could fit into the other model but there is plenty of room in this one for a larger person. I sit at a desk typing all day and wearing this for a few hours a day makes a huge difference in preventing back pain that occurs from improper desk posture. (I have a really good chair and my desk is ergonomically correct but needed to add this posture brace to prevent pain.) You may experience pain in new areas, particularly if you don't build up gradually the amount of time you wear it, but overall, when I've felt pain, wearing the brace has immediately resolved it. Go with this product over other manufacturers selling similar products though. It's amazing how much more comfy it is vs other that look just like it.

I purchased this last week. I have upper back tightness, regularly see a chiropractor and recently started Pilates. I work in digital marketing, so therefore, I am in front of a computer a lot and looking at my phone a lot. I have noticed of late that my posture is starting to suffer...combined that with the pilates instructor mentioning how uncomfortable I looked and specifically recommending this project, I thought I would give it a try. I am a few days in, wearing it to work and also working on increasing my stretching and flexibility, so there are a few things at work here for sure. I don't feel as tired at the end of the day, as I do a lot. I am hopeful that as I continue to utilize the product, my poster and my pain will continue to improve. I think it is a simple idea, and is definitely worth a shot. I would recommend.

I wasn’t too sure about this posture corrector when I first opened it - it looked like I’d have to be a trapeze artist to get into it. LOLHowever it was fairly simple to get it on and adjust it and is pretty comfortable. I started out wearing it for 30 minutes at a time as suggested and it was so comfortable that within three days I was up to wearing it all day while I am at work.I work a desk job and am at a computer all day and don’t practice good ergonomics for the most part. I feel wearing the posture corrector has made a difference in how I sit and it has definitely helped my “end of day headaches”.The headache thing being helped is a little weird because this is a posture corrector, but I guess it’s how my posture is improving overall? Hmm, I don’t know I’ll but I’ll take it!
