These pots are super light and strong and they conduct heat like crazy, so you need to keep your eye on whatever you are trying to boil...it happens very quickly. The inner pot can easily hold a small gas canister and gas stove or your little washing up kit. They are very easy to scrud clean and they absolutely don't corrode. Probably the best pots for hiking you can buy.

This is an Awesome UL backpacking cook pot, so you can ignore the Crackpot RA, she is a negative-ninnie if you read all her reviews. I seriously doubt she is an ultra light backpacker, which is the target consumer for this product.I purchased the .9L cook pot for my 12 year son to use as a light weight mess kit in Boy Scouts. It is well made, works great for boiling water for a dehydrated meals on backpacking trips, and as a plate/bowl on car camping trips. It is short and wide so it is easy to use as a bowl.It is also lighter than my Snow Peak trek 700 pot which is.7L, (700 is deep so it can store a canister of fuel and a stove). The lid on the Evernew is better than the lid on my Snow Peak as well.
