These pads are ideal for use at home to decrease caregiver burden. But please be cautious that this product is not intended for use in traditional at-home toilets, as it may clog pipes or damage sewage and drainage systems. Pads can also be used in hospital or laboratory environments for easy spill cleanup. Pads may also be cut with a common pair of household scissors, making them last longer if desired. NOTE - this product includes 40 individual pads, this does not include plastic commode bags. Combine super-absorbent gelling pads with commode liner bags for increased absorption!

Most absorbent
This makes life so much easier for me there's a porta potty in my sister's room and with these pads I can leave it for a whole day without changing bags. These pads absorb more liquid and anything else I've used I would recommend them to everybody

Great absorbency and odor control.
These are great for absorbing the urine and keeping the smell almost a non issue. My care receiver is needing to use the bedside portable toilet because of being wheelchair bound. We don’t even change the liner and pad out every time and if she uses it several times in a row, I’ll throw in another pad (or a used but dry Depends) to absorb the extra urine. These pads make taking care of the “icky” task so much easier.

This is not for me.
It does gel up, but I expected more ounces of liquid absorbed. I tested this in camping. One pad per use. It means, I have to throw and waste plastic liners per use. I should put 3 pads to utilize the plastic liner for 3 uses. This will cost me $ to waste on top of plastics wasted. I will go back to the RV blue liquid chemical and dump. This pad did not work for me.

Super absorbant
These puff out absorbing a lot of liquid. Far better than "Super-Absorbent Pads for Commode Liners (40-60oz per Count), CuleedTec SAP Absorbency . . ." which were very thin in comparison and didn't absorb much at all. These are super absorbant. Pricey, but worth the money.

Great caregiver help
I am taking care of a 94 year old male in my home who has very limited mobility but still likes to use the commode for toileting. I am using a bedside commode chair and using commode bags with the Bearals Super absorbent commode liners. The liners are great for absorbing all of the fluids and is easy to dispose of. Just tie up the bag and toss! It is much more sanitary all the way around not using anything at all. The price is well worth using this product. I am very satisfied with this product and recommend it to anyone needing to use a commode chair.

Bearals make Cleanup Easy!!
Ordered these Bearals gel pads for my Mother’s temporary bedside commode. These were a great addition to the liners that already came with absorbing pads (absorbing about 6-8 oz)Bearals pads soaked up much more (maybe 5-6x more) and made clean up much easier/cleaner. These are an extra expense, but worth it. Probably best to order the Bearals pads with just the liners.

Absorbent beyond expectation
Put these suckers to the test and man they absorb. Good value for the amount that came in the package. They don't look thick too begin with but the truly serve their purpose.
