I take this combined with Quercetin & Berberine to get maximum health benefits now for three months. I have lost 2 full inches of belt waistline,easy to measure by my belt holes, and more than 2" of belly fat on my stomach. Then there is the overall health benefits. I don't go to the gym so my fat loss is not from exercise @ 58 years old. I have taken quercetin for over 8 years and it has been a large positive in my life. I read an article that this supplement plus two others helps dissolve stubborn belly fat, but it takes a bit if time to start working, so no tangible results yet. I’ll update in another month or so.But I also like this supplement (which I’d not previously heard of) for its huge benefits AND I love THIS product for all the unnecessary other ingredients it DOESN'T contain. What made me select this product is "Standardized to contain 803mg 98% Gypenosides" This is more than any other product I found. Most bang for the buck if you will. I am going on 64 and want to support my immune system for many reasons including the threat of COVID and my severe heart disease. I feel more energized too as I walk in the morning for 30-45 minutes.

This is a powerful adaptogen, antioxidant and rejuvenator. There is a lot of info on the web about using Jiaogulan (also called Gynostemma Pentaphyllum) in combination with Quercetin and Berberine. My husband and I (70 and 72) have been using this protocol for some months now and IT WORKS! Without changing anything else in our lives my husband has lost 20 lbs and I have found it easy to maintain my weight where I want it. We have more energy and there are other subtle signs of the anti-aging benefits. You have to give this some time, and you have to take enough. We take the 3 supplements together morning and night.

Seems like a good supplement. I have only been using about a month, from what I have researched will not see any benefit right away. I have lost 1/2"around my stomach. Hopefully I will continue to see improvements in that area. But as another reviewer said you can not sit down and eat a box of donuts and expect results. Will continue to take and buy again

Your product, Jiaogulan (along with Quercetin and Berberine) is excellent for cutting hunger and fat burning. (I'm a Personal Trainer, Triathlete and Weight Loss Specialist).
