Had a few problems with this box it started powering off for no reason. I wouldn't really recommend it

Problem with connecting via Ethernet and poor customer support
Bought this device to connect my non-smart TV to receive Netflix. I have poor Wi-Fi so wired Cat5e Cable to TV location,I could not select Ethernet as a network. Tried both methods of resetting to factory settings( via application and push button) but still a problem. Technical support was poor I was advised to unplug and re-plug Ethernet cable.I am returning the device to Amazon.

Audio problem
The device worked fine for 6 months until it started to have a problem with the audio. Every time I switch off or put in sleep the device, the audio would not work when I turn it on, so I have to make random adjustments on sound settings until it comes back. I think it should be a software problem as I have changed the hdmi cable, howewer have not found the solution yet. Could anyone help please?
